“I found this course most interesting and informative. It offered me useful theories about Bright and Able pupils alongside lots of practical exercises and teaching ideas. Our course leader was of a very high calibre and I was genuinely enthused by the whole experience. I would highly recommend this session to MFL leaders and teachers.”

“A very useful course, I would strongly recommend it. It ticked off all the boxes. The only thing I would improve is to provide more material to take home/school e.g (specific strategies to help more advanced EAL students to progress etc..)”

“Many thanks to the course tutor. I would recommend the course for the non-specialist English teacher. Many superb ideas for engaging students, highly informative and helpful. Also a fantastic venue, excellent lunch and plenty of coffee!”

“As there were only two of us on the course, it was very much tailored to our experience and working environment. The tutor gave lots of examples of how to help poor writers, particularly in secondary schools.”

“I would have liked to have spent a lot more time actually reviewing more videoed lessons and examining which aspects made them outstanding or not. Too much time was spent on discussion and other activities I found less important.”

“I did this course because I had just taken on the role of Art Subject Co-ordinator and didn't know where to start. It has changed the way I feel about Art from being a subject of fear to something I love. Without a doubt one of the best and most inspirational course facilitators I have ever experienced. The group was small which meant you felt comfortable sharing your concerns and ideas. Very engaging, fun and inspiring.”

“I really enjoyed this training day. The training was very much tailored to each delegate which was great. Our trainer was very knowledgeable and she was able to make suggestions about how to deal with situations as they arise. Eileen is a very friendly, approachable person and made me feel that I could talk freely without being judged.”
