How bazaar - I also never received my December box or the replacement how very strange that more than one of us failed to receive either - I was also promised a subsequent gin as a good will gesture - ummm !! Won’t hold my breath ! I have also cancelled my membership as unreliable ! No telephone contact available to contact them - very dissapointed ex - member

The regular, beautifully presented and extremely yummy contents of my wife's boxes are delightful. But where I was really impressed was by the personal level of service. Best example would be when I wanted to buy a one off box for my mother - a couple of (super friendly) emails and despite having theoretically sold out, they still managed to find me a spare box and send it in time for xmas. Great people and an exceptional product :)

Just love getting a surprise treat each month. Love seeing what gin and the style of bottle has been picked. Although a little gutted that since receiving the boxes my fiancé has now taken a liking to Gin so I no longer get the bottle to myself :-)

I was very excited to receive my first gin box, how disappointed I was. The Norwegian gin included in the June box 😞 tastes and smells awful. The snacks were nothing special and mixers could have been a lot better. Definitely not worth £40 or the £55 they claim it’s worth. I have cancelled my membership as I don’t want to waste any more money. I have tried lots of different gins and this has to be the worst on my list. There’s lots netter than this in the local supermarket and cheaper

Our first time with the club and so excited to get our gin box for June. Oh dear, I know tastes are personal but my gosh, how dreadful was it. My husband said it tasted of eating dirt, and I thought there was too much pine. So disappointed that we have cancelled our subscription which is a shame as we wanted to use it to until Christmas at least, so we had presents that we could open together and taste. :(

Not the best to be honest, I tried their taster box which was excellent. I think paused my first box as I wanted to look at he website more and see what sort of thing they offered on a monthly basis. However the money still came out my account, I emailed and they told me that they couldn’t do anything about it until the box was delivered and I’d then have to pay to send it back. It arrived eventually, I thought I’d try it seeing as I’ve paid for it. I have to say I was disappointed nearly £50 on a bottle of gin, two tonics and two fizzy drinks which were disgusting, so they went down the sink. The only decent thing in the box was the measly two snacks, the vegan chocolate was not appealing at all. Safe to say I’ve completely cancelled the box and won’t be joining up again. I think it’s a complete rip off and you can buy better gin in Aldi.

I have enjoyed some fine and exciting gins from CGC. Unfortunately I have now cancelled my membership as it’s too expensive for me to continue given my pensioner status. Thank you.

I used to love the excitement of opening a gin box. I feel there should be the ability to tailor the tastes more, and whilst I appreciate the idea is to try new gins and products, there are flavours each of us dislike and it would be great if we could state what we'd not like to receive. A recent Customer Services response was extremely disappointing and borderline rude, with no consideration of the cost of living crisis being experienced currently by so many. Significantly different to previous responses received, when you were able to talk to a representative, not being able to speak to someone and the delay in receiving a response to resolve for days is frankly not good enough. I no longer consider the boxes value for money. The snacks seem quite similar each time or very unusually paired to the gin and mixers, however some have been great. The rewards are pointless as you still have to spend a small fortune in order to receive a reward when trying to redeem. Delivery for me to date has always been through Royal mail - no issue with this, but understanding this is changing to Evri has seriously put me off as I've had parcels lost by this courier in the past and there always seems to be a longer wait via this method of delivery

Like others I used to love receiving the monthly box but over the last few years feel the overall value for money has declined. In addition the rewards program has almost become irrelivant (I currently have 5000+ points) as you only offer discount for the the online shop now - not able to put them towards a monthly box. I think you should reward your customers better considering the amount of money spent

Loved the gin, loved the cashew snack , not keen on tonic or soft drinks. Other snacks not my taste but you can't win them all. Main thing for me is a decent gin which this was. Nice botanicals so lovely flavour. My kind of gin. Love the fact that this as with other gins are bespoke to the CGC. Loved finding out about the other gin they produce. Love the excitment you get when your box arrives. Roll on the next one! :-)

I've had membership for years and have nearly 5000 reward points. However this amounts to being able to get £5 off a purchase of minimum £50 spend. Would prefer no minimum spend.

I joined Craft Gin Club over 3 years ago for my 50th Birthday present to myself as were in lockdown and my holiday was cancelled! Never regretted it and still get so excited when my box is due. I have one so much free Gin by entering the competitions! The club is very generous with fantastic customer service.

I love the gins but very disappointed with the snacks as everything is catered for vegans an vegetarians I feel you are discriminating against people that enjoy meat products crisps an nuts very flavourless.

Very disappointed in May box thought you would have pulled out all the stops for the coronation weekend gin very average and really nothing relating to the extra special weekend

I've been a member for three years, and enjoy the interesting gins, edible treats and magazine which arrive 4 times a year. Being a purist, I'm not much into the cocktails as I feel they detract from the artisan quality of some of the gins. A puzzle for me though is the rewards scheme....I have amassed 3930 points, which can only be redeemed against specific minimum value purchases, (starting at £50 - most bottles are less than this) and approximates to a discount of 10%. The air miles equivalent of this seems to be that I have enough points to get me from London to New York, but they chuck me out in Dublin.... So it's not a good scheme, and my points will remain sadly unused

We have recently launched our 'Points for Products' option, which is a range of items that would be free against X points. The range is shown on the member's account when you click on the 'Rewards' tab. You'd need to place a paid order to redeem a free item, but there's no minimum spend on the paid order.
