“John has been brilliant from our initial enquiry right up to completion. He has helped us with all aspects of it. He helped sort our mortgage, our solicitors and even showed us round the house himself. All in all it has been a great experience with cowell-norford which has no doubt been down to john!”

“Absolutely over the moon with my first bought home, We honestly wouldn't have been able to get a mortgage if it wasn't for C&N. Would 100000% recommend! Property is immaculate, a great price.. the full process was so easy and helpful. Ask for James the Mortgage advisor, he is brilliant.”

“I had a compliant regarding a new tenant who had moved in. I approached Natalie Borg, she took the compliant seriously and dealt with it immediately. The issue was resolved and the neighbours apologised. Very happy it was dealt with seriously and quickly. Goes towards restoring my faith in estate agents. Thank you”

“Danielle has gone above and beyond her job role to help me and my partner move into our new home before Christmas, she has given me daily updates and chased every person possible to try and get us moved in before the new year! Danielle has even arranged with the seller to have our new furniture delivered to his house as we had nowhere to put it. The whole purchase has been stress free, quick and easy as we haven't had to chase for one single thing! I would highly recommend Cowell Norford and Danielle to anyone looking to buy or sell a house as the service we have received has been exceptional. I have received phone calls on more than one occasion after 7pm at night, just to update us on how everything is going and I couldn't thank her enough.”
