“It is not often I leave a review, unless someone has gone above and beyond . In this case I have to mention Kelly Brookes, who in my opinion is worth her weight in gold. I changed my car four days ago and thought my insurance company would automatically transfer to my new car. Unfortunately they declined and Kelly was on the case. The insurance company offered a price which I thought I would have to agree to. Luckily for me Kelly went back to the insurer and negotiated a better price, which I was more than pleased to accept.

“Worst insurance company I ever worked with, you call the number you find on Google and the office from Cardiff will answer,they ask you wich office you are with because there is 99 offices in the UK, how stupid this can be, its the same company ,why should I know wich office I am with.
I tried to cancel my goods in transit insurance after 3 months due to not using it anymore and they said you have to pay it in full,It doesn't matter if you use it or not.
They are legally robbing you! Please do not use them !!!!”
“Avoid Avoid ! this Coversure brokers did mine insurance for £1600 per annum and when i rung them for a change of vehicle and they quoted me £471 which was £45 when i took out policy. “Impossible to speak to anyone! Staff hiding behind virus restrictions. trying to charge a 78year old pensioner £700 to change car insurance to a different car when he only paid £450 for annual cover which has only been used for 3 months!! Total outrageous rip-off.”
“I have 2 policies with Coversure and have done loyally for over 12 years. One of my main stipulations was that we were covered for compulsory closure.
We have been been compulsorily closed by the government due to Covid19 and Coversure are refusing to pay out because Covid 19 is 'not on their list of diseases'.
Of course it's not.....no one knew about it until recently.”
“Cannot believe that 30 minutes of my time completely wasted that I WILL NEVER GET BACK. I was transferred from my pension company for a quote for contents insurance however I stipulated at the beginning that if I couldn’t choose my own payment dates, then I wouldn’t be interested in continuing. Guess what? After listening for 30 minutes to a saleswoman that was only interested in quoting from her script and NOT listening to me, I was then told that I could only make payments on specific days. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. They’re more interested in reading the WHOLE script verbatim than listening to The customers needs. Also don’t think about trying to make a complaint, you’ll be told that they’ll feedback your comments to whoever misinformed you. Would never recommend.”
“Very helpful with goods in transit until you pay your money, then its all gone.
2 weeks of hassling to get my paperwork sent over, then when it arrives the schedule is so vague it doesn't actually say what i am covered for and my customers just reject it. I have had to call back 3 times to an unhelpful person that doesnt want to help, now they say they will write up a schedule of coverage but will wait and see if that ever arrives, still in the 2 week cancellation so may go elsewhere and pop a letter to financial ombudsmen”

All they care about is the amount of money they can get out of you.
They pester me all the time about owing money ..when all the the time they want to rip you off.
I wouldn't reccomend these if it was the only one on earth.

After sales is total rubbish as well and there staff all they do is tick all the boxes when you want a new insurance so they can get more of your money to make your premium high..

“I was very happy with them then suddenly I was told I needed to take out multiple policies - apparently I needed 4 more! - sending my policy cost skyrocketing 3x - and I only found this out 2 days before I needed the cover, not giving me any time to shop around. I was anyway told that everyone would require the same multiple policies, it was IMPOSSIBLE for it not to be the case elsewhere. I've since found out that this is rubbish, 2 other insurers have offered us insurance with just one (reasonably priced) policy. So my question is, was I oversold insurance, or if their claims were correct, that I needed 5 policies in total, in the 2 years that apparently I only needed one policy, was I even covered for what I thought I was covered for?! I'm super unhappy with them, other brokers have been much better.”
