She even rang me back to confirm my requests for ground floor accommodation & walk-in shower had been met, subsequently confirmed by emails.”

“Finding a hotel and knowing what was included in the package was easy. Unfortunately paying wasn’t! Completing the booking form, using a voucher etc was straightforward but when trying to complete payment the website kept freezing (I tried at least 4 times and even used different cards). Fortunately the person on the telephone line was very helpful and efficient and the booking was then completed with ease.”
