“Frustrating having all but completed booking my first choice hotel I had to come out to get a pass code from my bank. When I went back in I was advised there were no vacancies despite me having completed the booking details.”

We are disappointed to receive a three star review. The additional security information would have been requested by your bank and is beyond our control. I can see that you tried to make an online booking but called and requested alternative dates which were only showing a twin bedded room available, we offered to contact the hotel on your behalf to request a double room which you declined. You then contacted us again and we suggested lots of other hotel options for you which we are very happy to see you have now booked. “Found on the website and the deal was too good to miss,booked a couple of nights in an inn in Tetbury (the Snooty Inn). Booking all confirmed within about an hour and all info e-mailed to me from Country Hotel Breaks and the Snooty Inn. One happy customer”

“Had to extend the voucher due to illness in the family which was really easy to do .When we came to use the voucher it was very straightforward. Have received many vouchers over the years as gifts for breaks or spa days and have to say the country hotel voucher was one of the easiest to redeem and so much choice of hotels to choose from .Will definitely be buying as a gift for friends and family to use in the future”

“Nice hotel, reception staff very helpful and friendly. Food excellent. Rooms modern and comfortable. Improvements would be a full-length mirror and small fridge in room, better lighting for makeup or a magnifying mirror and a heat pad mirror in bathroom. Also, hairdryer is almost impossible to use, as it is in a draw with a very tight coil cord. It also has little power, therefore I had to go to dinner with wet hair. Other than suggestions above a pleasant hotel and enjoyable stay.”

“The website offered us the option for a ground floor room with walk in shower which we took as my husband has some mobility problems. We were then phoned as the hotel did not have any such room so could not accept the booking. After several phone calls it was sorted out and the two people I spoke to were very friendly but why have options that are not available?!!”
