“Dispatch and delivery was super quick. Communication poor. Needed to return the product for several reasons. Emailed the company to advise as per their returns terms and conditions but no reply was forthcoming.”

“I ordered a couple of Little Dutch toys from Cottage Toys for a gift. Prices were the best I found online and the toys are lovely quality - one was bigger than I expected so great value! Delivery was very quick, took only a couple of days during the RM strikes as my delivery was upgraded to a courier at no extra cost which I really appreciated and didn’t expect at all! Thanks so much, I will be back to order in future.”

“Cottage toys had the products I was looking for at the best price I could find. They delivered promptly, and, although the outer box was broken, the courier checked I was fine with the contents before leaving. Gifts have yet to be given and used, so I’ll comment on those after Christmas. Satisfied customer so far. Thank you”
