“Love the hand wash chalk (black pomegranate) however it irks me that the bottle, when finished, is thrown away(recycled). Please please ask the company to sell refillable pouches, (not the least of reasons being to prevent that lovely glass bottled being filled with an 'inferior' product from other brands that do sell pouches!”

“The cards and quick delivery were entirely satisfactory.What I did have a slight issue with is the website,finding what you know is there ,and that it is out of stock,which is not surprising , because it is such a lovely card.Too many cards go flashing by,and found it not simple to claim discount offered. While stylised depictions of animals and birds are artistic,the depictions of the representations being lifelike, entirely in their own accurate surroundings have even a greater impact.”

I'm sorry to hear you found the website difficult to navigate at times. We often keep out of stock products showing online so customers know we stock them and can request email notifications for when they're back in stock. Regarding the depictions of products, we often take the imagery directly from the supplier so we have no influence over this, but any lifestyle shots we take ourselves we try to make as user friendly as possible.
