“The products I chose were beautiful (4 x Angela Harding Advent Calendars) wrapped in sustainable packaging and came with sturdy envelopes to send on. Communication was great too, the packages arrived in good time. I only have one small complaint; the outer packaging was a reused plastic bag which was fine, I just would have appreciated it then not being almost completely covered in red and white thick plastic tape! It took ages to unwrap before being binned; please can you use brown paper tape which is much kinder to the environment and less wasteful? Generally I am very pleased with my purchases and look forward to ordering from you again.”

“I very much appreciate the quality of the Advent calendars I bought on your site. I wish that DHL delivery was not your only option for shipping to Canada, though. This company routinely holds any shipment up and charges quite a large administrative fee which is often equal to, or greater than, the original shipping fee I paid. I would like to have any shipments sent regular post to Canada and don't mind waiting.”

We tend to use DHL as we have found this to be the most reliable delivery service for our overseas orders, but we will certainly look into the possibilities of using regular postal services. “I purchased Roger la Borde advent calendars for my grandchildren, The calendars arrived in good condition well packaged and in good time. It was great to find quality and different gifts. The postage is the same for any quantity that you bought, which I feel is a bit harsh if you only want one calendar as I wanted two it worked out better value.”

“Cards I bought were attractive and good quality. I didn't appreciate the plastic outer wrapping. Cards cannot be broken or damaged easily and therefore a better option would be to put them in a cardboard box or large padded envelope which would have been easier to recycle.”

“I usually always purchase my Christmas cards from Cotswold Trading. I do so as the quality of the cards are superior to anything here in Canada. Usually I receive them promptly, but now it has been almost a month and yet they have not arrived. A bit long, even coming here from there. Hoping to see them this week.”

“I've used snowshill night spray for years.born in Broadway. However why put vat on ?price advertised 8 60should be transparent on buying.not when paying .in fact the property belong to my great great uncle john jacques 🤗”
