“The web site was easy to use and attractive. The hotels where diverse and I easily found several suitable hotels however I was unable to put in a filter for ‘disability friendly’. One phone call to the agent solved that problem and Sofia confirmed that one of the hotels,I had short listed was able to provide the accommodation I required.”

“A very enjoyable tea for two. The Cotswold Hotel staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. We were so relaxed that we ended up booking a 2 night stay by the evening.”

I booked an country house room for 2 with breakfast, a £34 per person allowance towards dinner and a welcome drink on arrival, for less than the cost of the room alone on the two well-known hotel booking websites. I will always book direct in future.”
