Don't bet with them did 1000 spins at 20p a spin on big bonanza fisherman game and landed 2 bonuses and both didn't pay more than 30x took all money then next day tried again on diffrent slot blue wizard megaways 500 spins at 40p a spin and didn't land a single bonus and biggest win was 1 pound 37 pence absolute scammers all thier slots have recently gone downhill they aren't paying anybody

Being scammed during slots games check your real make sure they payed you right several times I haven’t been paid for lines I have won. Scam at its best. Forwarded screens shots and haven’t heard back in months!

I went to the Coral customer service and have advised them that this is my first-time bid on any football game and the customer service lady advised me if I put 100 for England to win against Denmark football match, then I should have received £166.67 in return. I have paid and came the next day and being advised that I have lost. reasonably that I haven't stated that England to win in 90 min match and England has won in Extra Time. I have tried explaining that this is my first-time play and I have asked the customer service to assist me and she is the one who I have paid for and add it to the system, so it is not my fault and wasn't been advised of anything; therefore I would advise everyone to keep an eye and be very very extra careful, this is not rip off shop and no abiding place. when I have called customer service over the phone, she was not interested to listen to my case and told me that we have terms and conditions. My Advise never put any money at this place no matter what as you will never get them back.

What a shambles this company has become. The company I once admired has fallen rapidly in terms of service quality and staff competence .placed a bet on an ongoing cricket match and chose the total runs market. Took ten minutes for a chap called duane to even get close to my query which was to settle the bet early as the target had been reached for some time . This request had been dealt with many times before but this time declined ending with the ridiculous statement that I would have to wait till the end of the match not the end of the innings which is the correct answer .its obvious the standard of corals employee is very low in terms of product knowledge. I'm just fortunate I use this account rarely and have paddy power as my main account. A company that is exceptional in every aspect of customer service.

Certain coral customer service and complaints department staff are a disgrace Customer service staff member ROSIE is responsible for refusing to close my account on at least 5 different occasions GLADYS is responsible for refusing to investigate my complaints and last but not least Complaints department manager CELINE is responsible for lieing regarding my complaints stating that none of my email Complaints exist and that Coral bare no responsibility for at least 7 breaches of the Responsible gambling code of practice and she refuses to answer my questions regarding my complaints namely if coral have had none of my emails then why have Corals sent me confirmation emails for every email that I sent them just to update on the 06/07/2021 the GAMBLING COMMISSION INVESTIGATION BEGINS also an investigation by citizens advice and a solicitor who specializes in gaming and gambling disputes and responsible gambling issues will be looking into the individual parts of my complaints and the actions of the individual members of Coral online staff to see if charges can be brought against them for their individual actions especially CELINE complaints department manager who has lied during this process

Worst app every. I have been robbed by them over 15 times now over best and at the end I get told there is nothing they can do. Without people like us playing on there they wouldn’t have any money. I am fuming with them

My problem with coral is as follows some customer service staff and complaints department managers are lieing and cheating customers on corals behalf they lie about complaints so they don't have to deal with them they refuse to close accounts and keep taking money off customers that have complained again and again about why corals refuse to close their account it took me threatening them with court action newspapers solicitors gambling commission and the government before they finally closed my account after more than 4 months complaining it looks like the 5.9 million pounds Ladbrokes corals was fined in 2019 wasn't enough because they are still doing it to many more customers I personally am looking forward to taking the members of coral staff responsible for my problems with corals to court in the near future with the possibility of fraud and deception charges against said staff members corals still have a chance of dealing with this problem but after 21/06/2021 when covid restrictions end I along with citizen's advice and a specialist solicitor will be aiming to take coral and staff members to court

I'm a gambling addict, registered on Gamstop, self excluded from many, many UK sites etc. Unfortunately I suffered a relapse and attempted to create a new account on Coral with accurate Name, DOB and Address - no spelling mistakes etc. I did use a different email address. I had already held a historic account with them in 2016 which I asked to be closed due to my gambling problems. Their site automatically verified my account without asking for ID and allowed me to use all aspects of their site, despite being registered on Gamstop with an active status and also having a prior account closed at my own request. Their customer services and complaints procedure is nothing short of appalling, constantly delaying and moving between teams despite assurances it was already with the relevant team. I've contacted GamStop and GamCare about my experience with them and I am also escalating to the GC dependant on their resolution, which will be a total of approx 37 days after contacting them about this error on their part, despite their claims it would initially take 72 hours and then for their complaints team to take another maximum 28 days. Even if I wasn't an addict, I would never step foot in one of their shops or use their sites or associated companies ever again.

CORAL customer services and complaints department are a disgrace they are lying and cheating customers on a daily basis they are breaking the law daily they don't deal with complaints they ignore customers who ask them to close their accounts and they keep taking money off them for months illegally they are breaking the responsible gambling code of practice all the time they are deleting emails to get out of dealing with complaints and they are a complete disgrace can't wait for the investigation to get started

Absolutely disgusting company they took my money for a bet on the grand national then suspended my account straight away so didn’t even get to bet, have been trying for weeks to get my money back and they won’t give it to me and have now deleted my account, have sent everything they have asked for and still nothing, do not give these people your card details because they take your money and then won’t let you bet and apparently all their phones lines are down, a disgusting company DO NOT USE THEM!!!

We opened an account tried to place a bet on the grand national . We transferred money into it nut It wouldn’t let us place a bet. Started live chat . Reply said it couldn’t help but was transferring us to someone who could . After waiting an hour we received a message saying the live chat had ended . Started another .the same thing happened .Wecannotbplace a bet and we cannot get our money back. We can’t get anyone on the phone .disgraceful

If I could give them 0 stars that’s what I’d give them, I won on Alice in Wonderland on the live casino, when I went to deposit more money as my balance was low, I placed my last bet on 5 wonderspins and the pay out was thirty odd to one, when I checked 5 wonderspins rolled in and only to see that my bet had been removed and the bet amount put back in to my account. I spoke to customer services who were awful, they told me I hadn’t placed a bet, really okay whatever you say, the company are blatantly robbing you of your winnings and then aren’t willing to help! Avoid this company at all costs.
