“Wonderful range and so good to know meat is farmed with ethics and respect to animals. Just wish we lived nearer and could pick up the order, as the delivery company always seems to mess up in some way.”

“Three items not delivered and 10 days later I am still awaiting a refund. Seriously this is a terrible service. Phoned up several times, emailed, messaged various times. Still no luck. 231007524834”

“The meat is fabulous, the bone broth was great and the collaboration with other suppliers is really good. The tins of fish were really lovely, at, as good as fresh. I don't order often but when I saw the October meat box I couldn't resist. The pork shoulder went to my brother-in-law as a present (my sister is a vegetarian) and I know he will eat it at one sitting. At least I know I've given him top quality and top flavour meat.”

“Great quality meat and speedy delivery. Really up for the reduced ice-packs now it is not frozen and the wool packs are useful in the garden! I discovered beef point end brisket and the indication of how to cook was totally helpful and meant I looked up an appropriate recipe which was delicious, way beyond expectation. Very pleased with all of it.”

“Given I received the package accompanied by an email saying everything was fresh, I found one of the duck packages semi frosted, and the email responding to my query 24 hrs later telling me it had been previously frozen, meant I couldn’t eat it. And all requests for replacement or reimbursement were ignored I’d say this was pretty poor.”

“Poor customer services, never was refunded for the full amount of poor quality bacon I purchased. only some of it even after they admitted there was a problem. I even had to chase up the partial refund and was told rubbish that they had not heard about the poor quality bacon then was told totally differently on another phone call to them. I was told people were in the office then 1 miinute later that they were off for the day. I notice when there is a problem the staff disappear rather than deal with the problem In short, they have lost our custom”

“All meat arrived intact and well-packed. We had some of the stewing steak last night and every bit was finished! We have yet to eat the rest of this hefty order but so far, so good! Previously there has been info in the pack on how to dispose (as greenly as possible) of the packing but no info this time which was a shame.”
