“Great service lovely piece of meat wowed pals with Gordon Ramsay pork loin (2020) with lemon and sage, very nice with great video. You will need string to re tie joint😁. Nitrate free smoked bacon delicious as ever thanks”

“Previous experiences have been positive however I ordered after a long time so maybe customer service team have changed. On this occasion part of my order was missing and I was getting no response from customer services emails . I had to make numerous calls to explain my dissatisfaction for issue to be rectified. It should take 1 email or 1 call to rectify if my order has not been fulfilled. I’m unsure how often I would order going forward. Love the bone broth and have purchased many times before.”

“The meat products are amazing. However I live in a location where only small vans can enter. I assume this is thd reason why the driver left my box with hundreds of pounds worth of meat at the top of the road with someone I don't even know. Out of kindness they took the parcel to my door. Disgraceful delivery. I wont purchase again if i get this type of delivery I am afraid. I will have to give it a low score due to the courier issue”

“I love your meat, and almost never buy meat from anywhere else. However, since you've started delivering fresh rather than frozen (which I love by the way), I note that all your game is "previously frozen". This means that if I wanted to buy a couple of pheasant and maybe other bits and pieces, I couldn't, because I'd have to eat it all at once as soon as it arrived. I want to be able to buy it and put it in the freezer for future use. I'm not going to make an order consisting of just a pheasant, or just a partridge, so I think if possible, you should start either sending your game out frozen, to stay frozen (as before), or try and just send out fresh game (which I realise is probably impossible). Otherwise, I fear you may lose a few sales! I would also like to point out that your CHristmas meat is always delicious - however, having to pay for it at point of order is a real nuisance. Plans change and meat ordered may not, in the end, be required, or more may be needed, necessitating another order. Riverford, to name a competitor (sorry!), allows you to make your Christmas order as you go, and it is paid for before it is delivered, but you add to/remove from your order as you wish, and then pay for the final amount the day before it arrives. This is a far better system, and is why I have ordered my turkey from them this year - sorry!”
