“Wee took a 3 day intensive course with UAVAir, and it was quite informative. I was really impressed by the amount of information that i have learned in just 3 days. Our instructor had over 100 hours of flight and was really happy to share his experiences with us which was one of the most interesting aspects of the course. I believe that you will increase the student satisfaction by advising the instructors to share thier experiences with the students because it makes the lectures way more interesting and interactive. Improvements: I would have loved to get Flight Assesment booklets and Flight logs that are UAVAir branded so that i can use those booklets for my operations. (I am aware that each company should have his own custom paperwork but i would personally use a standard booklet if i am flying my drone for entertainment not commercially) It would be nice to include the UAVAir fleet management system yearly membership inclusive of the course bundle. I believe that would be very beneficial for your company and would make your courses stand out from other providers given that very few of your competitors have thier own cloud service. I would also like to see more emphasis on the online quizzes because the instructor didn't check if we had completed them or not, although i believe that if completing them before the course was a must, the class would have run more smoothly. All in all, i would definitely recommend you to a friend or a coworker.”

“Consortiq and UAVAir were incredibly helpful in all aspects of obtaining my PfCO, from finding the right course to do, to the preparation work and the actual course and tests. Following that, they are great to go to for advice when filling out your Ops Manual and applying to the CAA for your PfCO, as well as providing a community to lean on for advice.”

“This course was very well taught and well organised. There is a lot of studying to be completed before you attend flight assessments and exams but over the 3 days we were guided through all the information in a methodical and easy to follow structure. Our trainers were always open to questions and create a relaxed learning environment. It is clear they want you to pass as much as you do, so you feel as if you are all pushing to achieve the same goal. Once you have passed you can contact them to advise on your PfCO Manual and they also give you access to an app which aides with flight planning. All in all a great course which I would recommend to everyone, but you must put the work in to succeed.”

“I found the course content interesting and its helped me to understand my responsibilities as a drone operator. Commercially it's helped me greatly. Having the ability to add drone footage services to my offering as a cameraman has helped set me apart from other cameramen and ensured I've been busy all year. Thanks to Seamus and Andy who also helped me with feedback on my OPS Manual.”
