“I have already written to you that I have already bought car insurance from your website, I will add that I had to provide all the data again for the insurer, I have been insured for 17 years and everything was fine, and now all of a sudden it happened and the insurer's operator told your website they don't care about anything and I have to provide everything again I lost 2 hours!!! so this is my assessment of your websites!!! regards”

“Generally their quotes are compatable with other providers but their big advantage was the reward of 12x monthly car wash vouchers. These are no longer being offered & their replacements are a very poor alternative. As a result there are other, better offers - eg cashback sites”

“i have been trying to pay for a insurance bank say yes insurance say lots not them bank says it’s not them the insurance company wasn’t helpful at all it even explaining anything then you keep sending me saying your quote is ready as gain and again not helpful at all hastings isn’t helpful at all been told to pay haa as sting ain’t accepting the ayments but saying it’s the bank but it’s not”
