“Very convenient to use with all my details held on record and dates for upcoming renewals etc. I have used them as my source of the best quote on many occassions. However, this year the quotes seem to be wrong. When I visited the companies quoted the price they wanted was over £200 more than quoted by Confused. I am CONFUSED. In the end I went with renewal with my existing company as it was significantly cheaper.”

“It started well and I chose my Insurer but when I went to the insurer’s site things I had added were missed out and the payment was more. It also missed that I had 3 points on my licence but I couldn’t add them again at that stage. was not what”

“It is good for comparing insurance however this is the second time i have used this and it says i am unelegable for a reward as i claimed this last year for a different insurance on the same car.”

“Cheaper than my old policy to renew but by the time i upgrade to key cover thats actually worth having eg a lost key not a stolen key , or a hire car thats going to be there when your going to need it eg your cars been stolen or wrote off it adds quite a bit on it also appears peoples choice is hastings !! Little Bit sneaky”

“Says quote is kept for 30 days then jumped by a tenner overnight. In general though, was easier enough to find a quote over £300 cheaper than my current insurers, exactly the same policy”

“I like the site and the rewards but it is very annoying that 'the cheapest' is not the final price. Although I clicked 'add legal' and 'add courtesy car' on your site and it still came up with the price for Policy Expert Bronze, in fact to have those 2 extras I had to pay even more for Policy Expert Gold as they were NOT included on Bronze or Silver though your site made it appear that they were.”

“Had issues with my date of driving licence which affected my quotes and was unable to change on your website meaning I couldn't get an accurate quote. I came back for the rewards though so make sure you keep them or I will definitely look elsewhere.”

“No thanks gives the amount that is basic, but you then do any addons that you need and it ends up being more expensive than your renewal price, don’t get me wrong we should all be looking around and getting what we want or need at the price we’re happy with.”
