“Thank you for the autoquote but when discussing with a number of the prospective insurers their 'quotes' increased by at least 50% ?? Could this be due to a rear end bump by A N Other settled without fault or payment by my existing insurer ??? I cannot see why I should be penalised.”

“Web site is not the best. And if you have to change anything then it seems to get Confused Excuse the pun.. But actually it does get confused and keeps taking you back to the original information even though I tried several times to change some of the original information. Nearly gave up in the end. But left it another day and tried again. In the end talked to Tesco Bank Direct..”

“A Really good experience overall. However when I went to buy my insurance the quote was not as shown. I was under the impression that when I fill in the application it would automatically apply to the quote which it didn’t, that would be my only complaint. Overall really good 😊”

“The price kept on going up every time i looked for quote. I understand different parameters about car and driver may impact the quote. But the date should not impact it. Also UI/UX can be done better having much more flexibility on the final quote screen if any changes are needed to the information provided to generate the quote.”
