“I ordered 4 bottles of 28ml olbas oil and received 4 bottles of 10ml childrens olbas oil. I was told the codes have changed and to send back for a refund. So change your advertising.”

“Bought a product, when arrived was well packaged but box had been dented. The main product I had ordered ( Clearasil perfectawash refill system) the wash refills were out of date, I contacted Concord and they took four days to respond. They did say we could return product for refund. Not sure if I would use again, maybe for products without a best before date.”

“Really disappointed that the doorbell that arrived did not work properly. The returns process seems pretty rubbish because there are no returns forms, you just send it back to them, so not confident that I will actually get a refund from them.”

“Arrived late in the afternoon but that's parcel force for you, the fact it made it on the correct day is quite impressive for them. The beef & tomato cup a soup is listed as 'with croutons', it isn't - just plain soup. It's also quite unpleasant, wish I'd got tomato or another chicken. The other items are all excellent.”

“order arrived 2 days late and some of the goods were past there sell by date,1 item in paticular was the bags of mini cookies that my 3 children ate befor we found out by chance that they were out of date”

“The box arrived very poorly packaged and two of the hard had been completely smashed. The contents were all over the box and other products. Considering you charge £6 for delivery (which is incredibly steep!) the packaging and delivery were completely abysmal. Very very disappointed, never received an item so poorly packed before. Will never order again.”

“what spoiled this was parcel force carrier from hell ,then trying to correct the mess, and package was delivered bust, maybe best before place order to ask concord if they will please use interlink or some one other than parcel force”

“The goods arrived as described and within the specified time period but the packaging left a little to be desired with the boxes slightly sqaushed and bound with parcel tape leaving them unusable for display purposes once unpacked.”
