Customer service very bad not help after waiting for a long time.

Poor adviser, trying to sell inappropriate insurance in a very long-winded way, wasting hours. Eventually cancelled with subsequent loss. Very, very poor.

Such a disgrace of company, you are a RIP OFF! Worse customer service I had to deal with in my entire life! I spend almost half a day trying to change the address and car registration on my current policy for which I got quoted £323, the line went down with the first agent that was trying to amend this for me. I then called back to find out the changes have been applied without my consent and that, if I want to cancel the policy, I had to pay an extra fee of £219 for the cancellation. The agent told me that if I wasn't happy paying this charges I will have to wait for them to listened to the first conversation I had with the first agent......ended up paying the £323 for the amends in order to get over this whole fiasco and believe what, 2 months after amending my policy and paying for the changes, this company tried to charge a me twice for the amends, had to call them and spend another 1h of my life trying to find a reason as to why I my insurance cost increased, took them 1h to realised they made a mistake on their end and, even though this company made the mistake, they send me a letter regarding the monthly payment that didn't get pay plus a £30 charge for late payment, all adding up to £284.26 which is £66 over my monthly payment....as ridiculous that all this complain sounds, this is the way this company operates....no customer service....no explanation of charges.....no apology either...shame on you!!!

Poor CS and clearly out to get peoples money. When they pop up on price comparison sites, do not take that price as golden. Personally i would AVOID

Very disappointed very unprofessional I had a quote online for car insurance but the person i was speaking to the try to sale me expensive one just because I was new drivin with new license over 3000£ Absolutely disappointed with service I only bought it because I didnt have a choice I never thought a Such costemer service exist in the uk

When I was querying the insurance on the 19th the agent Nathan quoted me a very high price, so I declined it , then he said wait a moment i will get you a reduction and will speak to a manager ( would not let me go) and get back. Nathan came with the discount of £100. I asked him as he explained the cooling off period, he said cancellation fee is £50. The next day I got a better quote and called in for cancellation. The cancellation department Simon told me the charges are now £150 ( not even 15 hrs passed the charge has trippled).
I said that is not what I was told, Simon daid he has listen to the recordings and the charge has been informed by Nathan. I am very sure Nathan did not say this to me. Simon said he was going to send me the recordings, but he has not.
Since then I have gone to Citizen advice and they have advice me to go to small claims court to claim my money back. They think looking at your terms and conditions you are a scrupulous company and I have chances of claiming not only my money but damages for inconvenience.. They also said they will dig further deep into your other transactions aswell.
I am going ahead with the case, where I have been cheated.

Never ever ever ever do busines with you guys .
Know only to take the money for nothing ,take hours to get in touch and not sorthing out problems

She put me on hold a million times then just kept speaking so fast I couldn’t understand her, asked her to slow down but she just spoke louder hahaha clearly some English issues! I’m still waiting for some paperwork to be emailed to me! Without it I can’t really do much regarding my insurance!
Not helpful at all! Just want to sell you a product and then hang up, terrible customer service!!

Complete cover group left me driving without any valid insurance for 4 months. I only realised once contacted by the DVLA. Payments were still being taken throughout the entire time! The rectified this after I brought it to their attention, however this will be my last year with them.

Very poor customer service, wring details taken by insurer which I am still struggling with today... Due to this it leaves me unsure and worried if I need to contact the insurer
