I have gmailed twice about non slip strips ,you kindly sent me replacements, same thing happened they just come unstuck, I'm just being ignored these strip have got to work my husband has m s for the past 17yrs copd, vascular dementia I'm trying my best to keep him safe ,and this is not helping Dorothy Winter

I ordered items as a matter of urgency and paid for express delivery 5 days later I am still waiting on the items. Got a message to say they would be delivered on the Monday. Never came . Then I got a message this morning to say they would be getting delivered today, which is yet to be seen. Disgusting service

Complete shambles rom start to finish. goods never arrived sop had to cancel. Zero customer service throughout. will never use again.

Ordering OK, but no delivery and no possibility of getting through to anyone to speak to unless you wait... and wait... and wait. Eventually got through and on 3 occasions was told 3 separate things, all wrong, on one call I was told my items had been despatched and delivered (wrong) on the next that they had to reprint the 'ticket' in the warehouse. Emails go unresponded to, phone calls are hopeless. Only order from here if you have unlimited time available to chase them up to deliver what you have ordered and paid for. Totally hopeless.

Shocking Customer Service! Ordered items online as they said 'In Stock' They then took 10 Days to Arrive. After chasing the order several times, it finally arrived only to be several parts short and some of the ones delivered were damaged! Then when tried to call again simply could not get through to anyone via phone. So sent an email with images of what had turned up... Still waiting for a reply!!! Steer clear of this tin pot firm!!!

Order 3138426 Sham of a company. Paid £7 for next day delivery but because they don't work Sat or Sunday. Delivery doesn't need to take place on these days even though parcel has been picked up by DPD. nice way to scam money off people who need this equipment. It doesn't say that oh you ordered on a Friday MORNING but won't get your item till 20.16-21.16 on the Monday evening which I would NOT class as working day since that is classed as 9-5 an absolute joke.

Rang for advice on ordering a toilet frame with seat to go over a concealed system toilet pan that a clip on raised seat doesn’t fit, 3 weeks prior to knee replacement op and was persuaded to place order on phone which included a sock aid. I was told dispatch would be in next 5 days. After about a week I had a dispatch email then a courier email for delivery of both items. We waited in all day and at 6pm a plastic bag was put through letterbox. It contained a sock aid but no sign of toilet frame. I rang company and was told there had been a delay ( I don’t believe they have the items in stock) and it would be dispatched in next few days. I heard nothing so rang again stressing urgency. Eventually I got dispatch email. When item eventually arrived it was just a seat in a grey plastic bag left on doorstep but no frame. I rang company again and was told operator would have to speak to her manager and someone would get back to me that day. After no response I rang again 3 days later and was told a frame would be despatched. I emailed to say it was for short term use and if it didn’t arrive before my op it was of no use to me. Nothing has arrived I have had the op and the hospital has provided equipment to get me home. I have all the evidence but We now have to get a refund. Funny the reviews on company site are very different from on other sites.

I ordered a mattress on the 06 Oct 2020. The money for the item was deducted on the 07 Oct. From my bank account I am still waiting for delivery. I was emailed to say awaiting dispatch on the 12 Oct. I Wrote this on the 15 Oct.

Received suction rail which does not suction to flat surface. Dangerous. Spent days trying to get the phone answered to complain. Success today. They are crediting item and also never received a copy of the invoice which they are crediting today. Hopefully refund will be received quickly. Lady I eventually spoke to was pleasant.

Here you go Order Number: 3102942 Now you can not post your generic response. I thought I would give this company a second chance after having a bad experience in the past, BIG MISTAKE. Placed my order on 26/09 today is 02/10 and I have not received a dispatched email or any other form of contact. They claim all deliveries are tracked so I would expect some thing by now, I ring them up only to be told your order is just being prepared for delivery, so your order is still sitting on the shelf. When I question the time I have waited I am told we are advising 10 days for delivery, But I do not see that on there site any where when I place my order. All I can find about delivery times is "Processing & Dispatch Orders are sent using the most efficient and reliable service for the size of your order. These services vary from 1-5 business days delivery, though they can sometimes take longer. Some of our products (e.g. some chairs and power chairs) are made to order so will need more time. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, we have 30 days to deliver to you, but we always strive to deliver as quickly as possible." That says 1-5 days but could have delays, they also go on about how there courier service are experiencing delays, BLAME THE COURIER, but my item has not even been picked. Such a poor company that supply medical products to the public, the kind of things you need urgent or at least in a reasonable time. You can order from many online shopping places and receive next day orders and even orders sent out second class post get to you within 4 days. With these people your lucky if your order gets picked, I do not think my order is being processed that would of just been your standard get off the phone customer service response. I work in Retail logistics so I am well aware of what difficulties or not are being experienced. The retailers always try to blame the carriers. This company have charged £4.45 for there postage, for that you expect it to arrive within 5 days. I would not mind it is a small postable item that can be sent by royal mail and posted through my door. Every one deserves a second chance, these guys do not. No doubt they will reply with we are so sorry but we are experiencing unprecedented delays due to covid. Just love how companies use the word UNPRECEDENTED to get out of things they never knew of the word until it was used by the government, now it is splattered on websites or written into customer services one line manuals. Get with the program and stop blaming Covid for your problems

This is one of the top suppliers of disability aids. I love the fact that I received vat free goods, which are not only first class, but very reasonable priced. As a single disabled woman who lives on benefits, i have to shop around for safe and reasonably priced items needed to help me keep a semblance of freedom, to me this is so very important, I hate having to get help for everyday tasks. So in my opinion, this company gives me the opportunity to have as much independence as possible until I am fully reliant on other people for my care. Thanks so much for your help.

Very poor service ordered 4 items delivered short of 2 items and another of very poor quality with oily stains. Delivery note as ordered with no note anything out of stock they just left things out. Took several fraught phone calls to get refund processed for 2 missing items, they insisted I had to email photo of the faulty item then bag it up for collection, after I did so using my own packing materials, label and parcel tape they said I could keep it FOC. Remaining missing item I was told in stock, then out of stock, now in stock again. Refund promised not yet in bank, one missing item still outstanding, try to ring them calls cut off. Nightmare, avoid this Company!

By the definition of goods supplied by this company it's obvious that the order is needed urgently. How I regret not reading the comments from other customers before making my order. Whenever I have ordered online from other outlets I have always been delighted by the speediness of receiving my pre-paid goods. Have realised that this is not a company I wish to use again and would warn others that there are many other places to look

Customer service is non existent. Emails, telephone calls, all ignored. Awaiting refund for damaged chair, still waiting a month on, and absolutely no update on this. Whilst writing this review, i finally managed to speak to someone! When i complained about the lack of any sort of response, i received no apology what so ever. The person on the other end of the telephone just went silent. I was in no way abusive, i just stated my case, and complained about their after sales customer care, but i was just met with silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, THEN DO NOT WANT TO KNOW!

what a company ordered a mobility scooter on 28/08/2020 took money for scooter ..told would be delivered on 01/09/2020 as was coming direct from manufactures. same as other reviews cant get hold of anybody on phone also do not answer e mails bad business practise can see why people say they wont buy again from this company

Read all reviews before purchasing from this company. Ordered placed over £50.items were said to be in stock and delivery within five days. Hasn’t happened .emailed they just keep fobbing you off with item will soon be dispatched. Pay by PayPal that way you can escalate the claim for protection from these fraudsters. Judging by the amount of disgruntled customers it won’t be long before this company cease trading and all for the better I say. Your customer service department should be ashamed of themselves knowing they do a job based on lies to customers all of the time. Get a real job! One with morals this is a shop selling disability aids to those who need it don’t you think your customers have a hard enough time already without you robbing them. Don’t put a thank you for your review response and please contact our customer service department. It just makes you look even more unprofessional . I will await my refund from PayPal.
