Yeah, sorry for the late review. Yeah so the course, what's to say, just what i needed to get the CCNA under my belt. The lab manuals are something else. Did what i was told to do. I did all of the labs, and i mean ALL of the labs twice over. The build labs are special they need to be done, i reckon right that even if you are already CCNA qualified these particular labs will decide if you can call yourself a CCNA lots of hair pulling and swearing trying to get them working Hat off to to Joe, the lectures, the banter, the laughs, the evening sessions, in short everything they do is geared towards you gaining knowledge. Will be back for my CCNP later in the year.

Course was really insightful and I learnt a lot in a short period of time. The trainer himself you can tell really loves what he does and his passion makes the lessons fun and easier to learn. I would recommend this course to anyone over a QA course. Commsupport 100x better and Joe really is a top bloke. All the best, Matt.

CommSupport are really good yes we all was to get the exam with courses, no CommSupport don’t give you that as part of the cost of the course, but what they try to give you is worth so much more. Joe is very passionate about networking and really knows his stuff his not just about having you sit in front of him and repeat cisco’s book to you word for word till you fall asleep and take your money. Joe and CommSupport what you to know what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, they want you to interact and learn for life not just for the six days that you are on the course for and maybe a few days, weeks after if you’re lucky. The method that CommSupport what you to adopt is lab, lab, lab, and when you are sick of labs, lab some more till you dream about CLI. This is the key. The six day course is intense but the difference between CommSupport and a lot of other companies is that CommSupport give you videos of the course that you was on for revision and general watching. If I’m honest I found the course very intense by day six you are fried and you’re not really listening and in some cases that can happen sooner but Joe tried to keep you engaged so you learn but cause he knows that you will miss bit, forget something he gives you the videos and lab books for during and after the course. I would recommend CommSupport to friend looking to get in to networking and once I complete the CCNA I will do the CCNP with CommSupport.

If you are thinking of doing a Networking/CCNA course then look no further. Commsupport is the place. I did the Intro to networking and CCNA course. Joe is a very knowledgeable trainer who explains things in a very simple and easy to understand way. He gives great video training material (eat your heart our CBT!) and a whole lot of manuals for labs. You get access to real Cisco kit on the course and have access to kit when you are remote with virtual labs too. There is so much material that is given that there is NO way you can walk out of the course without knowing about networking and real hands on Cisco skills. Don’t be fooled by the low price compared to others who charge thousands. This course is well worth the money I paid for the two courses. I would highly recommend Commsupport. You can’t go wrong.

With my daily long hours working in ICT, I hardly have time or energy to attend evening class. Then I was lucky to have been invited to join Joe’s Cisco webinars. I found this ELC to be extremely useful and stimulated way of learning. The ELC has greatly benefited me with my career as a network engineer. So thank you so much Joe for the tuition/revision that you have been kindly helping your students to have a better understanding. I greatly admire your networking knowledge and could never thanks you enough for your enthusiasm, encouraging and sparing your valuable time in the late evening teaching your students. I would definitely recommend the ELC by Joe to any Cisco learners. Pavinee

I am leaving the military and spent a lot of money (with an ELC and my own money) on on-line courses with Robust IT/ SouthStep. Their courses were appalling and consisted of scanned in material, not proof read and stuck in web-pages. Complete gibberish. Rather than issue a refund they paid for me to spend 6 days training with Commsupport Networks towards my CCNA qualification. It's a tough subject for a newbie like me but the trainer is passionate about networks and works tirelessly to explain. I also now have loads of faultless training material which I can use to practice 24/7 on labs up to my exam. He also runs free live "on-line intro to networking" webinars. I can't recommend him enough. Thanks Joe

Having attended training from other suppliers and being a teacher (in a different industry) myself, I can safely say that this is the place to go. Joe really knows his stuff, and his ability to do a whole 6 days without touching PowerPoint is quite something. The after course support is excellent, as are the course materials supplied and the evening Monday / Wednesday extras are great to keep you interested in networking. I shall definitely be returning for either the NP R&S or NA Security!

If I could give 10 stars I would, When choosing who to learn with then it's not about the perception that you get more by spending more, the quality of the training and support provided by Commsupport is second to none besides being one of the most cost effective providers. After a week covering CCNA I feel energised by the enthusiasm and training offered. Your made to feel part of an exclusive club of like minded individuals and not just another number on the door. I look forward to returning for my CCNA security and aim to progress to my CCNP within 8 months. If your reviewing who to use for your training provider then you have arrived.

Hi Phil Wow, 10 stars, i think you are too kind sir. Very pleased to have been able to assist in your career development. Look forward to welcoming you on further courses. See you on-line for the revision sessions Many thanks Joe

I initially attended Joe's course as part of my ELC when leaving the Military and the course was of the highest standard. Classrooms are well spaced with plenty of equipment. The course is run very informally with plenty of time for Q&A and Joe is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this course to anyone leaving the Military and intending to progress in this area. Joe runs bi-weekly Seminars which are also of the highest quality and an excellent source of revision. Top quality and highly recommended.

Hi Ian Many thanks for the kind review, it was a great week, lots of laughs. I look forward to having you back shortly on another course Kind regards Joe

Training is skill which everyone can not do, Its not about completing the course Its about making understand to people who attend the class, which should be worth, so I can say attending the CCNA class was worth, learned so much and communication was so clear in the class. Joe is excellent, he really takes time to make you understand.

Joe has a very unique teaching style, one which inspires his students to strive to learn more and more.. He manages to relate complex topics to real life situation's which makes it easier to understand... His passion for networking is seriously contagious and I will be a student of his for many years to come!

Hey David Many thanks for the review. As new Joe Disciple you will need to send my lots of money in fact all of your worldly possessions (Please make cheques payable to "Commsupport Assisting Student Helioseismology", simply use the acronym C.A.S.H on the cheque thanks) It was a great class last week. But despite all the jokes and leg pulling we got a lot covered, just remember what i said in the class not just about networking material but to persist never to give up, you are always 30mins away from understanding any topic, just put that 30mins in and you are laughing Any way sir, i wish you and yours all the best in your new lives over in Denmark, i may come and visit you when i open up a branch of Commsupport over there :-) Many thanks once again Joe

In 2011 at the age of 31 I decided to make a career change from being a holiday company manager and try to have a new career in IT, specifically Network Engineering. After being advised by a friend to check out Commsupport, I looked at their courses and booked the 6 day CCNA course. This turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made. The course is not just about the 6 days it is about so much more, you get videos from Joe the instructor, weekly webinars, troubleshooting/configuration labs and a load more and that’s before you even attend the course. Then you attend the course and you get all the wealth of knowledge that you can only get from an instructor that has years of real world industry experience. I passed my CCNA after attending the 6 day course and set about getting my first job in IT. A few months later after applying for multiple jobs I managed to get my first job in IT as a Junior Network Engineer for a business ISP based in Southampton. Its now 2014, I am a CCNP currently working as a Senior Network Engineer. In the space of four years I have gone from knowing absolutely nothing about networking to working on the development of ISP and data centre networks across Europe and this all began with the excellent foundational knowledge that Joe and Commsupport gave me, I can’t thank them enough and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Hi Ed Many thanks for the lovely review. Looking back at the records i see you came on the course in 2012. The last time we spoke last year when you came to visit i thought you were already CCNP. Anyway dude, i am very impressed with what you have been able to do in such a short space of time, i always mention your achievements in the class along with my other "superstar" students successes. From one career to another you made it look so easy, but it was down to your persistent nature to continue to study, to work through the labs all those long days you spent labbing and studying have paid off, i would put money down that you will be CCIE in the next 18 months. Any way Comrade, long live the revolution!!! Cheers Joe

Having to payout of my own pocket for training I spent quite a lot of time researching different companies and their offerings, I came across CommSupport and with what was offered I thought it was to good to be true. I read a few online reviews and decided it was worth the chance. Turns out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made. I arrived rather skeptical but thinking if it gave me enough to pass the exam I'd be ok boy I was wrong it was so much more. You get your own lab for the course with real kit so no more sharing, the amount of lab workbooks, challenges etc has to be seen to be believed (all really well put together), Joe also records the sessions so you don't have to make notes and if you do forget something or want to cover it again you can watch the actual recording from your course, something I've never seen anywhere offer. Lastly the after course support which I've never had before and the evening webinar sessions get for keeping you going after the course making sure keep your studies going. This training hasn't just taught me how to pass the exam it taught me how to be a comms engineer. I'll certainly be back for my CCNP with CommSupport

Hi John Many thanks for writing a review. Well you see, we are one of the few rare exceptions where the low prices does not reflect the quality of what we do. As i say to everyone, if you want to pay me thousands so you have peace of mind that if you paid money then the training therefore must be exceptional. i would love to roll about town in an Aston Martin, take multiple holidays in the south of France every year but i chose to offer a service to the world that allows people access to the best training anywhere. Anyway, hope the ultra marathon running is going well, i had a look at all those events, tough Mudder etc and i doubt my creaky old bones would make it to the post box to send off my application. Kind regards Joe

I’ve been a Commsupport customer for over 5 years, averaging 1 course per year. In my 14 years in IT, I’ve never used a better training company. No one else gives the amount of detail that Joe does, nor do they provide the break-fix labs which ensure all the subject matter has been understood properly. I thoroughly recommend Commsupport for Cisco training, in my opinion, they can’t be beaten.

Hi James Many thanks for writing a review. Nothing but the best right!. My students deserve the best labs and the best training. We hope to one day expand the range of courses we offer and continue to provide the best technical training in the industry second to none Kind regards Joe

They are simply the best all round Cisco training company that I have found. If you are serious about getting Cisco trained then there is no better value company out there - the attention to detail and knowledge of the subjects is truly impressive and the support doesn't stop when the course end!

Hi John Many thanks for writing a review. It was good to see you again the other day, great to know that you are using the knowledge. Also, we must go up one day when we have a few hours spare :-) Kind regards Joe

Commsupport combine good humour, rhetoric and personal experience with in-depth knowledge and understanding to help students relate the topics under discussion to real life, and how the knowledge will be used. This is vitally important as it maintains interest. When a block does occur, Commsupport are on hand and provide 1-2-1 support, explaining concepts and methods in ways that are readily understood and remembered. A superb experience, and more than just a learning and training environment. It's an opportunity to meet peers and make friends, in itself a resource that cannot be overestimated. I unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for first steps in networking, or for more advanced and in-depth study.

Hi Graham Many thanks for taking the time to write the review. The only way training should be conducted. We are not "dedicated" pass the exam course since that serves no one. We make a real effort with our students to ensure that they understand the technologies first and foremost. Kind regards Joe

Mr Adam Many thanks for the review. Holidays!!! What are they? Come on!!!, no holidays until you get the CCNA. Keep labbing, get that Build lab done this Month. If you need to login to the Classroom labs just drop me a line and if there is a free lab we can fire it up for you to work on. Many thanks Joe

I've been on a few courses with Commsupport both in class and online and I have to say this is by far the best training provider I have ever used. Be prepared for long days, homework, tough troubleshooting sessions (borderline evil!) and fun all rolled into one course. You'll deal with real world scenarios from a trainer that works in the real world and out of the many different IT courses I've done with other providers, those I've done with Commsupport have left me with the greatest understanding of the course material. Thanks again for all your help, will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone wanting to further themselves as a network engineer. Mark

Hi Mark Many thanks for your review. One does ones best to insert this knowledge into your heads. fair means of foul that knowledge is going in!! The fault finding has gone now to a new level of evil, THERE IS NOT PAIN IN THIS DOJO!!1 Many thanks Joe

I honestly benefited greatly from the Commsupport training courses. They offered me personal, hands free training that was well structured and had sufficient course materials to use away from the classes in my own time. The CCNA Route and Switch course was run at a fairly strong pace but I found this useful as it gave me lots of motivation and also Joe was excellent at being flexible enough to allow us more time on sections where we all needed it. All in all it was a real productive week, where I learnt a lot. The classes had a great atmosphere and I'd happily recommend it to others.
