“The two men that changed the roof were very good, and did a neat, clean and tidy job. When the plastering was carried out however, we felt that there was room for a little improvement. Overall we are happy with the result and the comfortable change to our enjoyment of our conservatory.”

“We have now had our roof done for over 1 year and have just experienced one of the coldest winters in a long time, I am very pleased to report that it has been amazing.we had the work done in February 2017 and so was very pleased to be able to use our conservatory in the summer without it being uncomfortabley hot, then Autumn into the winter period was also a very comfortable experience too, Christmas Day lunch was very pleasant and a great family get together on Boxing Day. Then we had a very cold spell not so many weeks ago with lots is snow! and have been so impressed at how lovely and warm we have been, usually we have had to shut off this living space during the winter months but not this year!!! A great product and would highly recommend this to make the living space and all round year experience, well done”

“Have not really had a good job here. 1st thing was they turned up and did onsite training with two extra builders so the build took two days longer. Then 8 weeks after they had done the job the Roof leaked in 8 places and we had just got the whole room prefect and now have damp patches all over the celling. It took them a week to come out and fix the leaks and now over 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for them to repaint the damaged celling and paint again. So No not very happy with them and the customer services has been bad with it taking a very long time for them to call back , had to Chase and Chase them all the time . Even having to call them hourly to get them. We are still waiting NOW to get the painting done and I'm getting to the end of my patience with the service, My toys will be coming out the pram very soon if its not fixed I really hope you read this post and step up the customer services as we like the roof just not the leaks and the issues that we have had during the build . Its a shame that this has caused issues and with great customer services you could have fixed it quickly and then had a happy customer but you didnt so you have an upset one”

“Very efficient, very hardworking team and good workmanship. Clean workers who cleared up. Has made a big difference to the usability of the conservatory in both summer and winter. When we queried the wind blowing under some of the roof tiles, they understood the problem and visited very quickly”

“Although my installation was delayed by the weather, I cannot give an excellent review to this transaction as I was initially misled by the salesman regarding the ease of installation, which then led to further expense. Also It took them 3 weeks to discover this problem. Communication with the admin staff was chaotic they always seemed genuine enough, but unable to reliably follow things through (tip:- check your junk folder as some but not all their emails seem to find there way there). However eventually my lovely roof (external only), was installed in 2 days by a couple of hard working installers who did a very professional job, and all at what I believe to be a very competitive price. Would I use them again? quite probably yes..”

“Had a new roof put on our conservatory to replace our old polycarbonate roof. The process to remove and replace the roof was done in 2 days, the fitters were very polite and friendly. The next day we had the inside plastered. We can now stay in the conservatory throughout the year, the result was immediate, no noise when it rained and 10 times warmer in winter and it looks fantastic.”

“Cannot think of a better brand name......as most glass or polycarbonate conservatories are indeed uncomfortable in the full sun and extra cold in the winter. Comfortable Conservatories have done a tremendous job on the roof of our conservatory, with both high-quality materials and high-quality workmanship, making the finished job both aesthetically pleasing and thermally much more comfortable, all year round. They finished the job in two days........ could not recommend them more highly.”

“After having a conservatory built by another company, although I'd had reflective roof panels and windows it was far too hot having a south facing garden. I didn't really want to pay out for another roof on a new conservatory, on looking around I saw that CC installed inside only, I had this fitted and as my glass is tinted it doesn't show too much from the outside. It turned my 'glass house' into a room and when winter arrived if I leave the door open to the house I don't need any further heating other than from the house. Definitely turned into an extra room”

“The fitters done a great job when they finally arrived after 2 cancellations. Was told I would be compensated as I had time off work for them but never received any.”

“The conservatory is now cooler in summer, warmer in winter and all of the glare from the sun has been cut out altogether. The room is now a fully fledged sun lounge/garden room as against a conservatory. Rain on the roof is not now even noticeable as against before it would 'drown' everything out.”

“A conservatory which could only be used occasionally (too hot in summer & freezing in winter) has now become a year round, well used extra living room. Repairs needed to the old structure were undertaken & the new roof, guttering etc put on in a few days. There was a problem with some guttering that hadn't been fitted properly but one call to Comfortable Conservatories & a couple of guys were here to sort it out. Helps that the work men & office staff were all helpful.”
