“AVOID AVOID AVOID COWBOYS Ordered a splashback on 26th dec now 5th March. Do not answer phone or reply to emails or voice messages. Allan finally replied to my email end of feb saying he had been off sick - (Why this haults production I dont know)Said my payment had been declined..Rubbish. then said do I still want order I said yes he said it would be delivered last week 26th-1st March or Monday 4th March at very latest. Surprise 5th March no splashback and no reply from Allan. I have had to go through my bank to get my money back which will take 30 days. I hope people read reviews before ordering from this so called Company. All they offer is stress and broken promises. I hope they go out of business. I have never bern treated so appallingly by a Company priding themselves that its sll Made in Britain. Shame on you Coloured Glass!!!!!”

“I do not believe, the reviews on this review site, as the bad reviews are 3 years ago, I have used this company many times and found the products and service to be outstanding. Alan is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would certainly recommend them.”

“I ordered a splashback in July, and i have emailed, phoned, left messages, used the website for feedback but despite taking my money, i still haven't received my splashback or any communication from them. Don't use!”

“We hired them to install a splashback, they did it and a few hours later the glass start to show a small crack (even before we try to put things back in the kitchen, probably caused when they reinstall a plug). When we sent them photos they offer us a "solution", basically to buy again the panel (£500) and also a service to uninstall the cracked glass for "just" £120.....If you are brave enough to hire them, buy a magnifier to check their job (my mistake, I just trust them).”

“Update on my earlier review. ALLAN MOORES is trying to have poor reviews taken off the internet. He allegedly has 36000 five star reviews on his website "colouredglass.co.uk", but you can't actually write a review on his website so they must be fake. After further research he has previously dissolved companies. His companies are Customcote ltd, Colourplas ltd, Colouredplas ltd, Almo Glazing, Bury coloured glass ltd, The coloured glass company ltd. AVOID”

“We received our Digitally Printed Glass Splashback on Saturday 8/02/2020 - Which took a little over 2 weeks to be delivered, the quality of the Image is amazing, the service we received was also very good with automated Emails and Text update alerts - We paid £147.11 with no hidden extras, the price included Tax and delivery!! I cannot find any fault with this company and would certainly be recommending them to my friends and family.”

“We received a poor service, and was advised that Allans mum passed away New Years Eve, the item was delivered late, but he did exactly what he said and the products delivered are fantastic, well worth waiting for , I will be using them again.”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered glass splashbacks 5 months ago. Finally arrived after 4 months. They had sprayed the wrong side of one piece making it unusable and poor quality spraying on other pieces. If there's a problem Alan Moores uses every excuse under the sun once he's got your cash. Having to buy replacement splashback off a reputable company after a month of lies and excuses.”

“I may have been scammed by the company. They currently have an outstanding bill of £1063.80 which was issued on 09/05/19 (4 months ago.) I am very skeptical about his company due to the directors having multiple dissolved companies. Please get in touch”

“Alan the owner was extremely helpful when I asked a few 'how to' questions and even when the delivery company caused damage during delivery , no problems at al,l a new one was dispatched immediately and is now installed in my kitchen and looks fabulous! I highly recommend Couloured Glass Co.splashbacks as the quality and range of colours cannot be bettered and the price is amazingly inexpensive. Thank you guys! Kindest regards Carol”

“Ordered a splashback and then later some upstands in the colour of my choice. Very reasonable price and good quality. Only let down by the fact that there was no response by email confirming my orders from the website. Had to check my credit card account to see if the payments had been taken. Received a phone call telling me that the splashback was being redone after a quality issue and then an email informing me of imminent dispatch and a promise to send tracking info when sent. Had to ask for this after a week on both occasions as neither were forthcoming. If you want a good quality product at a very fair price this is the company for you. If you are after good communication and speedy delivery then perhaps not. An improvement in those areas and I would not hesitate to give 5 stars.”

“I am very pleased with the precision of the detailed measurements, cut of the glass and the quality. It was just as I imagined to be. I found the web site easy to use, but as I needed something a little different, I had to contact Allan to be confident that I was correct with other details. It fitted perfectly once on site. I was concerned ordering something like glass on line and considered buying from a local agent although they were a lot more expensive, . simply because they were local. However I need not have worried as everything went well. I would certainly use this company again.”

“They helped me complete the finish of my kitchen with a nice modern cream splash back. Allen and his team made sure I chose the right colour and design by making me up many glass samples. Now my kitchen is complete. Thank you coloured glass company!”
