Rubbish. Tried to collect parcel at Collect plus at Spar Doncaster. Told not working to try tomorrow.

I returned an ASOS parcel but it has been lost. No one can tell me where it is. Had the parcel scanned, gave them my email address but didn’t receive the email receipt so I have no proof I dropped the parcel off. Absolute joke!

What a suprise they lost a PS5 on it's way back to Very just before Christmas!!! I say lost I have no doubt someone aquired one!! Disgraceful service and they are not interested in finding the lost parcel! OMG I am sooo angry I cannot afford to buy some criminal a PS5, absolute scum! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

Collected my customers Xmas presents on the 15th.Dec They are still there , not moved an inch on the 21st Dec. Feel gutted for my customer. Worst courier in the country for the second year running according to moneysupermarket . However Very Good according to the fake review site trustpilot.

My parcel was lost on it’s way back to the company I ordered from - how that is possible I have no idea. I’m now having to sort out my refund myself. Honestly a useless service and company

Collect+ was perfect until you changed to Yodel ...... what has happened????? I think Hermes is more reliable than you now. Losing parcels, taking so long to deliver, unable to claim because you make it so difficult. With Collect+ I found a solid reliable quick service and I do not understand why this has changed. Bring back to old system please. In the meantime im off to use Hermes and Royal Mail.

If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would, the communication from this company has been extremely poor. Throughout the process I’ve had to contact them numerous times to find out the current situation. Having spoke to them yesterday I was told it had been delivered and now having checked the tracking, it states the parcel will be returned to the retailer!!! Disgusting service-I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!

Collectplus 72 dropped off & not collected until 4 days later. Finally delivered after 9 days. When I complained, they said sorry for little delay. I dont call 5 days little. Siggest others avoid at all costs.

Sent a collect plus parcel with yodel for my grandson’s birthday on a Friday- arrived at collection shop Monday and then the problems started!!!! Would not give parcel to my daughter as tracking number not working!!! I contacted yodel and they informed me it was incorrectly scanned as delivered and to try again and if they wouldn’t part with package gave me a tel no to call. My daughter went back to shop and again was refused parcel - she insisted they rang phone no. and yodel insisted they hand over parcel. NOT ALWAYS THE COURIER AT FAULT JUST INCOMPETENT STAFF AT DROP OFF/ COLLECT SHOPS. Well done yodel - shame on you J & G NEWS FOOD & WINE

Parcels have arrived damaged multiple times and the don’t pay out and make it difficult to claim and complain. If they don’t want to pay what can you do. Let’s hope there will be a decent courier company in the future like Royal Mail but cheaper but I suppose you get what you pay for

Iv used collect+ many times but this time it was bad..I paid for a 2 day delivery online but didn’t know I was passed on to p2g .i was angry ...I got a email to say it would be delivered on or before 28th May ...but when it didn’t arrive I contacted collect+ and was told it would be delivered on the 3rd June (so much for my 2 day delivery) and I also paid for tracking ...which was a waste of time as was not kept up to date ..and I contacted p2g on Monday to ask why my parcel was not delivered and they marked my parcel as lost (probably to cover up) then when I contacted them again on Wednesday I was told it was because of bank holiday ...and then I remembered seeing on site that you can insure your parcel in case it’s not delivered on time and you might just might qualify for a refund (of some sort) so maybe if I had paid extra ...who knows ..but no refund was offered and they seemed to think saying sorry made up for my parcel taking from 26th (picks up) to the 2nd June 19.48 pm getting delivered was okay ....so I wouldn’t bother using them anymore ...just go read p2go reviews .....I paid nearly £12 ..a snail might have been quicker ....and both should be ashamed at treating paying customers the way they do ...I wonder what would have happened if I had paid to have it delivered in the time advertised ? next time I book a parcel I will double check if it’s passed on 😡😡😡😡 it won’t let me reply to all the questions below 😏 I always used to recommend collect+ now i won’t bother ...something clearly needs fixed ....your site is still selling 2/3days and 2/5 days ...i entered into a contract when I paid for my label ...you broke that contract ...and p2g is only on chat which is so annoying ...😡😡

I have been using collect plus for… I have been using collect plus for approx 18mths sending 5/6 parcels a week and they were fantastic!! They delivered next day and never lost a parcel or I never had a parcel delivered damaged. Great prices and a service that was 2nd to none!!! Then things changed and they joined up with Yodel. The very first week with Yodel they damaged an item I sent, they do not keep to the stated delivery times and instead of 2 working days it becomes 5 or 6 days. I dropped on off a the collect plus shop this morning (Monday) and I paid for 2 days delivery but when you look at tracking it shows delivery Saturday 24th!! It cost me twice the price it cost me with collect plus. They obviously cannot count. When you go on live chat you end up talking to someone in another country who does not understand what you are saying. He just kept repeating it will be delivered on Sat. They refuse to give you the email address of the CEO so now I will be writing a letter of complaint to Yodel and Collect Plus. Oh and when you go on collect plus site and press "send" it now sends you over to Parcels 2 go which is why it now costs so much. I would AVOID and go with UPS UK or DPD which are not too bad. Collect plus made a huge mistake by going with Yodel.

On visiting kendall's in Ruislip I was told that the parcel that I'm has brought in in was unable to be taken even though it was within the prescribed weight I was told that they only take 1 or 2 kg parcels this should be stated in advance so I do not end up wasting my time

Collect + ??? Chose this on ebay and paid the extra to post Royal Mail on the assumption it would be collected from my home (there was no information suggesting otherwise). Then found out it needed dropping off at a further location than my Post Office, so I paid more and had to travel more for the piivelege ! This Should be Called 'DROP OFF', not "COLLECT"

Got a text and email yesterday to say my parcel was ready to collect. When I went to collect today, I was told that it hadn't been delivered at all.

Absolute cowboys, DO NOT USE YODEL! I sent a parcel that was collected by the courier - who did not scan on collection and it then went missing. The driver claimed it wasn't picked up, but was shown CCTV of the driver collecting it. I would say 'lucky we paid for the maximum insurance' but even though they have admitted it was lost, they have refused my claim on the basis that there was no proof as to what the package contained. Shocking!

Absolutely disgusted by Collect plus!! I paid £5.06 for a parcel to be delivered which they then lost. The contents inside was worth £40.19 They have admitted fault but will not refund me. I have sent numerous emails each and every time i am either ignored or fobbed off. They refuse point blank to refund for the label claiming they are not liable. How can they not be liable to refund me for a label for a parcel they subsequently never sent? They offered a refund for the contents but then never paid it. First i received an email to say they had paid. But they hadn't. Then i was ignored for ages. Then i received an email to say they needed my bank details to refund my money but also stated in the same email that I could not reply to that email which left me back at square one again. Every time I email I get sent back to the start by someone new asking me to state my problem from the start and as soon as I get anywhere they circulate the process back to the start again. They clearly have no plan to refund me for the loss I have made due to their negligence! I am disgusted. Why treat your customers so badly?? I refunded my customer immediately at my own expense the moment I found out their mistake. Where is their morals. Foul company. I'm now moving to DPD for my business. Stay well clear from these scammers!
