Yes I was satisfied with the service give, I could not have the car washed but when I appoligised I was told no problem we will have it washed for you .And when it was done I was phoned up and told it was ready well done Colin Appleyard. 👍👍.

I bought my Ford Kuga from the Bradford dealership and I have to say a pleasant experience it was no pressure selling the staff there were friendly but professional. I have no hesitation about buying my next car from there

It was a very small paint job which was done well. I dropped the car off at 9:15am. It was ready by 2:30 pm. I was told in advance what the cost would be. So I was not surprised when the estimate equalled the actual. However , £100 for purely painting with no dents to correct, seemed a little excessive.

Hi Eric, Thanks for your feedback and it's good to hear you are pleased with the body repair work that has been carried out on your Subaru XV. The repair itself was sublet so the cost was out of our control and did come to the price which was agreed. Unfortunately, as with most things prices have increased all round. Just disappointed I wasn't able to have a courtesy car when I booked the service due to covid. Everything up to usual standard.

Very professional, did exactly what they said they would, saw the video of the checks, they said it would take 3 hours from the time we dropped it off and they rang for us to pick it up, 2 45, well done and thank you😃😃

Think price is steep for an annual service even if it includes basic breakdown recovery. No complaints about service at all staff were courteous polite and did everything they said they would do

With regards to the price, we do check our prices with like for like Suzuki dealers and other manufacturers to make sure we are in line with the current market price. The costs of oils, parts, training and labour also increases every year which in turn does mean the cost of the service goes up in line with this. As always very efficient; but I wish two of what I would have thought were minor problems, (Satnav failure & ?slow puncture on front nearside) might have been dealt with this week (20 April to 24 April) rather than the booked-in date of 28 April.

As good as could be expected during Covid. Little disappointed that I had to pay for mats and £15 of fuel bit churlish really considering I was spending 15K+!

Car in for 62500 service, all was well from collection of car from home to delivery back. Upon looking at schedule spark plugs should have been changed but wasn't circled, on phone call was told due to low mileage of vehicle they wasn't changed,but was still charged for them, but thanks to Barrie,who refunded the difference with no hassle, apart from that, service was excellent

Staff friendly and the service was fine, I think the only disappointment was the advertised wash and vac with every service didn't happen...again. Why advertise it if you're not going to do it? The first time was pre COVID-19 as well.

We're sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding the washing of vehicles and apologise that pre Covid this would have been a genuine oversight on our behalf, unfortunately now due to the current situation we are limiting the number of staff members who come into contact with vehicles and focusing on sanitising before they are handed back. This means we are not able to offer the full service wash facility as we would normally. We will of course return to providing a complimentary service wash as soon as we are able and hope that we will be in a position to do so on your next visit.

The whole experience was good. Attention to detail, may have saved me having to return to have one of the keys fixed. Would I buy another car from you, the answer is yes.

My Suzuki Infotainment system needed updating as it hadn’t been done since I got the car, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I’d been told that it should have been checked and done when my car was serviced, and as I have taken my car there for services on several occasions I imagined it should have been done, and although it only took a short period of time to do this, I was very disappointed that I was charged £25 for something that should be done at service time

Great service with collection of my vehicle for MOT/service and video update later in the day - minor issue as my car wasn’t cleaned inside/out like it normally is, aside from that all excellent
