Having seen a vehicle on the website (21 December 2022). A red suzuki swift (MH68YPW)Auto. I called Colin appleyard Keighley and Matthew Butterfield dealt with our enquiry. The car had just come in and was at the Ashton dealership. We arranged a time Wednesday 28th December to view the car. We were told it might not be there but would try. Anyway it was and we inspected the car and went for a test drive and it exceeded our expectation. We had a 10 year old Nissan micra Auto. We had a conversation and agreed a price and sealed the deal. We were shown all the controls lights wipers etc. We arranged a mutual day and time for handover. Matthew did all the hard work we taxed the car online. Also the v5 certificate was done online. We were given 2 keys one each. We were asked then if we would like chocolates or wine. Unfortunately due to being diabetic we had to decline. I did ask if flowers could be a possible alternative. We were then given one last explanation of the controls Matthew even set my phone to work. Overall the process was easy and were told everything that was happening. Matthew made us feel at ease and we were not pressured into getting things we didn't require. Other than that the whole process was very easy. Alison and Jonathan Gill.

We tracked 75 miles across the pennines to buy our Nissan Juke from Colin Appleyard at Keighley. Everything was going so smoothly until the final hurdle. Our salesman Ashley certainly knew his stuff about the process and the product but on handover we were disappointed to see it still had scratches in the passenger door which we pointed out at our first contact 2 weeks ago. After the original sales patter of " we don't sell cars with knocks or scratches" we were left with no option but to take the car, as by then we had taxed it and signed away our UNMARKED trade in. Why don't you let customers inspect the car before the deal is completed, seems very underhand.

my car is a mobility car,and the whole process was dealt with in a supurb way.Karl madden was excelent in dealing with the adminstration.the car is as good as anyone should expect.and i am very satisfied.Ray Bowden

customer service was great and they were very good at getting the best deal for me. Vehicle is just as expected and follow ups have been good too.

Despite at our booking and being told we had to give 8 weeks notice if we needed a courtesy car, even though we were bringing the car down from our home in Cumbria for faults under warranty sorting out,.....we had Fantastic Service when we came in last week with our car. The very helpful lady ( Kaley Brook) ensured we had a courtesy car for the day...and all the faults were sorted out that same day...Brilliant!

Very happy with the SuzukiVitara which I collected yesterday. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable, and was able after consultation to offer a reasonable price for my part exchange car

In total we have had five swifts from Colin Appleyard's and we keep coming back. This car and deal overall I am 95% happy. The car I put in part ex I didn't get what I was expecting for it and they wouln't move on that but hey it is what it is and I really wanted the new car so a deal was done. The car has some good and not so good points. The good nice blue, rear camera, Front splitter and body styling. The bad no CD player, No cruise control. The fuel gauge is digital blocks I'm not so keep on that. But overall It drives well looks well and I like it will I go back for another car in the future more than likely.

Generally very good customer service. Car booked for service and MOT. Loan car received for duration. Also requested suspension creaks to be investigated but disappointed that was not addressed. But quite happy to give Bradford branch my future business. The car health check video a good idea.

Hi Rad, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is important and allows us to ensure a continual improvement in the services we provide. We have discussed your comments with our Service Team who advised the suspension creaks were investigated and a worn bolt was found on the lower strut, the bolt was replaced and an advisory was made that there was slight play found in the top strut mounting, as this was an advisory and not detrimental to the running of the vehicle no further action was taken and this will be checked and monitored in the future. Took for service and engine re generation , dealt professionally and accordingly. However could be contacted and updated more efficiently rather than me having to contact dealership

Good service, received video update during day, collection & delivery service is but charged for now, last year I wasnt & wasn't told about it, but barrie explained cost was worked into service price, on video was told screen washer was inoperable & rear blocked possible motor or filter on bottle need cleaning, but when car returned both were working fine??????

Thanks to all the staff that helped me purchase a new car for my daughter. The service was good and when I needed the brakes looking at a couple of weeks after we received the car it was no problem. The free bottle of wine was also very appreciated !!!

I have used Colin Appleyards frequently for the last 4 years when buying and MOT/servicing my car. Overall staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available to pick up calls/handle queries quickly.
