“Customer Service was excellent! Jon who we dealt with was lovely, he was very knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase- unlike other car dealer showrooms, we weren’t put under any pressure to make a snap decision! The purchase price was in line if not slightly cheaper than other places He made the purchase extremely easy and we picked up the car within a couple of days”

“I am very happy with my used Vitara SZ5, I saw it on another Colin Appleyard branch online and the Ashton branch brought it for me to view, I was very pleased with the condition of the car and the valet was brilliant,it looked like a new one. Chris Robinson (salesman )was very friendly, kept me informed about the delivery of the vehicle and everything else. In fact the whole team, finance, admin, and service were great. I would recommend Colin Appleyard Ashton to everyone.”

“This is the second car I have purchased from Colin Appleyards, Each time they have managed to come up with and excellent deal. Everything this time was very well explained and thorough and I felt much more “listened to” this time too. They appear to have a friendly team and have been very helpful. Also it’s good to know that loyalty counts for something these days. Max, despite being a new member of staff, was brilliant, he was happy to take advice from his colleagues and dealt with all our queries to the best of his ability. We felt looked after.”

“Exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Jamie (Colin Appleyard, Bradford) was polite, courteous and friendly. At all times he listened to me and treated me with respect. “Friendly, efficient service - and at competitive prices too. What's not to like? My car had its service, a minor brake adjustment and an MOT, in just a few hours. They even washed it and vacuumed inside. (Turns out it's turquoise - I'd forgotten!) All in all, I'm very pleased.”
