From the first time we stepped into Colin Appleyard suzuki bradford we had excellent customer service from Matthew . I had so many questions as a first time customer & he was able to answer them competently & no question he assured me was a daft question . Now have collected my new car I cannot rate them highly enough .

Great service from the service department- courtesy car ready as pre planned transparency of pricing. Great communication throughout the day and the video of the underside of the car is brilliant!! No change to price and great trouble free pick up!!!

The coustomer service and support i received from christian the salesman at Colin Appleyard was absolutely outstanding i had previously been to ford and Renault dealers who seemed to be not bothered at all in trying to get me what i wanted colin appleyard had the car i wanted in stock made me feel relaxed and comfortable got me the right car what suits my disability needs christian the salesman wat absolutely brilliant and caring hats off to him brilliant from Kevin Hufton

From booking the MOT and service to collecting my car at the end of the day, Colin Appleyard have made the entire process so easy to do. One request on their website, follow-up phone call and then a reminder before the service so that nothing is forgotten. Courtesy car was available and good to use, gave me an idea what the newer models are like too
