“Honestly, don’t even bother, especially if you live in Ireland. To have it shipped there you pay I think 15£ extra, then on top of that you pay customs between 10-15€ so that your box ends up being around 100€ - all that for some tiny samples you get for free when shopping at Douglas. Takes too long to arrive as well. Customer service is atrocious, they have only given me standard copy-pasted responses, don’t answer the questions asked at all. They have charged me 3 times and I have received one box, so beware of the whole “one box in advance thing”. Not worth it at all, switching to a competitor..”

“The box was missing the key product with the highest value, something which wasn't replaced with anything similar. So, difficult to think that a couple of mini samples are worth more than £70. Contacted customer service both this and no response, so I wouldn't recommend.”

“I have been getting the subscription box for years and have recommended it to loads people including my daughter. The products are really good with some items costing more than the box, but I have noticed lately some products are being repeated, and some boxes are all skin products, which can be ok, I got introduced to the brilliant Monuskin products, but then again in about 2-3 boxes time it’s all skin stuff again or the colour wow products. Think customers should get a choice if they want boxes just on hair, or skin or makeup, me I prefer the make up, but I get no choice. But I’m still going have it as o think it’s really good value for money, as like Christmas every month”
