This box was an absolute scam, all of the products bar one were trial/travel size and the one that was full-sized was available in stores for £20 less than the price quoted by Cohorted. The total cost of the products in the box was £25, far from the £133 quoted and £10 less than I paid for the box. This was my first box of what was a 12 month rolling subscription which has now been cancelled. Corhorted is a disgrace.

It's a not so cheap trick. It's not propper sized things you get but samples you can get for free in shops. I wrote that I wanted my money back for the next not all ready shipped box but surprise surprise I haven't gotten an answer

I’ve now cancelled my subscription. This was only my second box, the first I loved, but I really did not like the products this month. The shower gels, face wash all smelt awful. Maybe it was my mistake thinking a beauty box would have more make up in, but face masks, shower gel, creams are just not my thing and I’m not willing to pay £35 a month for shower gels and masks that I don’t even like. I wanted to receive make up that I wouldn’t normally buy and am pleasantly surprised by.

Honestly felt like this box was a total rip off! The only thing that wasn’t a sample was a face mist that had a awful online rating! Just felt like this box wasn’t in anyway worth £35 and it sells its self as a £135 box. The charcoal face mask was so weak it litterally didn’t clear my blackheads atall.

Can not actually beleive how terrible January’s cohorted box is- what a waiste of money.

UPDATE Finally received my box today,contents:face cream SAMPLE(to use maybe 3 times),2 SAMPLE face masks(wtf!?!),SAMPLE body wash,body scrub and missing the body lotion which was supposed to be with them(waiting on an email back from them to what happened to it)the only product that kinda interests me at this point is just the Marc Jacobs setting spray SAMPLE. No make up at all just RUBBISH.good I have canceled my subscription! P.S. forgot in my last review to say about the fact that in my 7 months(it is 7 not 6)I have not received not even 1 foundation..

January’s cohorted box is a absolute rip off DONOT purchase! They tell you the value of the box is £133 yet they’re basing that value on full size products and they give u tiny ones! Absolutely no makeup atall! Decembers made me think this was a great subscription but il defiantly be cancelling

Placed an order for a box in December to receive my first box in January. Despite receiving an email containing a tracking number I am yet to receive anything. The tracking number states that Royal Mail are still expecting the parcel from the sender. I have emailed Cohorted Customer Services who have stated that the box was dispatched on Friday 12th January, which is obviously not true. Customer services have now stopped responding to my emails after I suggested there was some untruths being told. The phone number on the bottom of the email response is a recorded answer phone service instructing you to leave an email address and someone will be in touch. At this point I've paid £35 for a box that hasn't been dispatched and £35 for next months box upfront. I'm beginning to feel like I may have been duped and wont be receiving anything. 6 emails to customer services and I'm no further forward.

I returned my box on the 21st November for a refund and despite numerous emails saying I would have the refund in the next 10 days etc I still haven't received the refund. I sent the box back next day signed for and it's now been 7 weeks! It's a 2 minute job to issue a refund so I really can't understand what is taking so long. I have now been left with no option but to put a claim in through PayPal

I signed up for the beauty box from Ireland and was successfully getting charged for the beauty boxes, but as I later found out, you don't ship to Ireland, so I was promised full refunds. I have been billed for 4 boxes (Oct, Nov, Dec 2016, Jan 2017), but received only 2 refunds (in Dec and Feb). I have been communicating with the customer service team since January, and the last time I chased them was in July. No response so far... Would rather like to get that money back, to be honest.

Received my box. They had either sent the wrong item or didn’t bother sending the item at all. I tried calling and emailed them about this, asking for replacements and got a generic email back saying ‘thanks for the feedback’... no offer to replace items etc. I asked them to call me 3 more times as their number goes straight to voicemail. They sent me generic emails back with the returns address, thanks for feedback. No call attempted. I was actually willing to carry on with the subscription if they replaced the wrong items/ sent the items missed but I am not going to beg them for their business!

I ordered on the 15th November, the box still hasn't arrived and was intended as a gift. They advised the first box was lost in the post and another would arrive by 30th November. Still no box and now no reply or apology at all....

Big delay in getting my box sent to me, was told via email a 'rare error' had occurred! One of the items I was most looking forward to(after seeing unboxings on YouTube) had been substituted...even though my box is paid for well in advance(you know the quantities you need, surely)!?! Hopefully my December box will arrive without 'drama' and really hoping to actually get what I'm supposed to! I have cancelled my subscription, Decembers will be my last!

The skin primer was not the correct skin tone which means it is unwearable and the two skincare products were tiny samples that I was given in the same box the month before.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It's so strange. They have barely any social media presence and don't reply to emails. I have no idea when to expect anything because the communication is rubbish. Hoping I don't end up waiting months and losing money.

Started my subscription in october and was billed £34.99 was then billed a further £35 on the first of november and have not received 1 box, i have cancelled my subscription and am hoping my bank will help to make sure they take no further money from me and to help me get back my £70. Would have give 0 stars if possible. Feel like i have been scammed which is such a shame as i had such high hopes for this beauty box.

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in October, then your first box will be delivered in November. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your most recent payment in November will be for your beauty box in December.
