“They are slow to response over the phone, didn't mention any email id. The most important that they lack the teaching staff from different ethnic background...it just one community everywhere. Should promote equality.”

Dear Anonymous, We are extremely sorry you feel we are slow to reply over the phone. We assure you we have robust procedures in place to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion. If however you phoned our offices and all staff were busy on the phones, you would have been prompted to leave a voice message if nobody was able to answer your call. In this specific scenario, unless you had left a voice message, we would not know to call you back. In relation to lacking teaching staff from different ethnic backgrounds, we would vehemently disagree with this statement. My son has been attending the West Bromwich Cohort Tuition center and has found the environment and teachers very friendly. The classes are filled with enthusiasm and the booklets that the children work from are packed out with work and short tests to feed them all the information they require, preparing them for their 11+ exam. My sons school has also noticed the difference in his work and improvement he has made over this year, putting him in top sets for his English and Math’s classes. “My 2 children have been to Cohort, my daughter excelled in the 11+ exam, so when it was my sons turn 2 years later, we didn't have to think twice about where to send him based on the experience with my daughter Cohort provided a quality service, feedback was always available, every time I had queries or worries, the Teachers and Management would give their honest opinions and recommendations for what the weaknesses are. If my daughter struggles with her GCSE's, I will be straight onto Cohort for that too. I would highly recommend Cohort.”

“I got 7 in my GCSE Science. When I went to cohort I was strugling to make sense of what I was being taught and there were only a few weeks to final exams. Miss Komal, at cohort worked out a plan and developed my undestanding of the subject matter rather then just memorise stuff. She made me practice past exam papers and trained me on how best to understand the questions and mould the best answers accordingly. I am gratefull to Miss Komal at cohort. I had tried a few science teacher and she was the only one who understoood my learning style and taught me accordingly. I found science hard and boring but misss Komal made science interesting to learn and now I am going to do A levels ih science.”
