TERRIBLE. AVOID. Read their other reviews too! I bought a Barbour jacket from Coggles in May 2022. I ordered a size 10, but they delivered a size 12. I reached out to their customer services who denied I'd ordered a size 10 - despite me sending them my invoice and order confirmation. They were incredibly rude. After 4 messages, they admitted there was a system error at their end and eventually apologised. I returned the item on the 2 June and received an automated email from them acknowledging they had received the coat back. On the 28th June (4 weeks after they received the coat!) I was still chasing my refund. They're now denying receiving the coat back. I have given them my tracking number for the return as well as their email letting me know they have received it back, but they now 'want to look in to it'. I should not have to wait this long for my money back after their mistake in sending the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a $300 dress that fell apart the first time I wore it. After 2 weeks of back and forth with customer service, I haven’t even been provided with the correct information to return it. They said they would accept the return on basis that it was poor quality/faulty, and yet they are not doing anything to process my return/refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, appalling for a luxury retailer.

Return stuck with them for 4 weeks. Returned the shoes as the website stated that the were a UK 6 but the delivered shoes were clearly marked as a US 6 and even though the shoes were returned within 48hrs in the exact doubled boxed packaging that was supplied, Coggles are now saying that the goods were returned damaged. Thankfully I paid for next day signed for so at least I had proof of posting and receipt. I can definitely see a pattern with this Company I will never use them again.

Invited by them with their own offer of 15% off if I register, download app, and shop first time. Went through the whole process added items to basket and their provided code didn't work. Contacted Web chat customer service, they demanded photographic proof of their own offer, sent it through for the miserable customer service agent Alisa to say, no longer valid. Even though the sent offer was less than a week old and had no expiry date. No decency to provide another code. Disgusting company. Account deleted, avoid these con artists

I bought shoes for £374 from Coggles. The dye on the black, shearling interiors is unstable and I can't wear them without ruining my socks. Coggles refuses to refund me. They say that the manufacturer recommends waterproofing the inside but they, Coggles, can't advise as to HOW to do it, neither can they recommend a product. I dispute this (there's been no water anywhere near the shoes) and this was in not mentioned at the point of purchase. My full reviews are on Trustpilot. Coggles prices are very cheap but in my case dealing with them has been an expensive mistake. Terrible!

Same problem as other customers, your return will take one or two months and you won't hear from them until you ask, they will try their hardest to avoid the topic and claim they didn't receive anyhting.

Be wary if you have to return something. They claimed they hadn't received it until I could prove they had. Luckily I had kept everything so was able to prove they had received it. Wouldn't use again.

Ordered well over a month ago - tracking still indicates it is waiting to be dispatched- won’t allow me to cancel order , no tracking updates, no way to communicate with company - extremely poor experience- STEER CLEAR of this company !! There is a reason they might appear to have items you can’t find elsewhere- but you won’t receive your item - scammers

Ordered a shirt nearly a month ago - has not progressed from dispatch in weeks . No way of communicating with them , and I have received nothing in the form of communication from them seems this company is dodgy and inadequate - waste of time and money ! BUYER BEWARE !!!!

Worst experience, from taking two months to dispatch, a month for it to move in the supply chain , then they didn’t even have my correct address - so the goods were returned to coggles. Unacceptable on all fromts

This place is horrible! Do not buy anything from them. You can’t reach them by phone, there is no customer help with returns so you are stuck with the Product for good. Worst experience ever!

The most untrustworthy site. Ordered boots at 30% off and 2 weeks later they tell me the package is “lost”, the item is out of stock and they will refund me the money. I have now completely lost out on the item when I could have bought it from net-a-Porter, Farfetch or other sites. I will never buy through them again

I had to return an item. They gave me the return address in Poland and I paid a fortune to return an item that sat in Poland and was not picked up for over 3 months. I was told by customer service that they would issue my refund once I provided tracking information, Which I did... and nothing. I have emailed with them for months and nothing. Then the package is sent back to me! I'm furious. Now I'm out the shipping cost as well. And still no refund.

Coggles have cancellation policy. That is why i cancel the order due to mistaking the order just after half an hour. However, the customer service said they cannot cancel the order because the order was in dispatch process already. After asking the credit company to void my transaction, Coggles cancelled all my orders even the one i ordered a week before. The company is a liar. They can choose which order to cancel. Cannot cancel the order made within half an hour due to under dispatching. But they can cancel another order made a week before. Cheating Coggles!!!! btw, i had another order a month ago. the goods were received more than 10 days. Don't believe in their Coggles' claims.

really annoyed as I bought my partner some trainers for her birthday which were far too small missed the 14 day return policy and they won’t Exchange for another size or refund. waste of £140!!
