“A great service, we had 2 machines fitted into our new flex centre and were very pleased with the service from start to finish, delivering the machines to the training from the engineer Mugurel. He was very clear and explained everything to the team. Thank you for great service we look forward to our occupiers drinking some great coffee.”

“Thorough and informative initial phone conversation to discuss the best coffee machine options available to meet our organisation's needs. Offered an acceptable price to purchase a re-furbished machine. Good communication (although some delays on both sides) throughout the process and quick delivery. Overall good customer service and a positive experience.”

“Placed an order for a machine and heard nothing beyond the automated email. After several days emailed to cancel, again heard nothing. Phoned to chase - friendly lady on the phone, but could just pass on the message. Eventually got an automated cancelation email after more than a week. No other reply or explanation as to why they'd never looked to deliver in a timely manner, acknowledge emails or return my call.”

Sam, I am sorry to read your comments that we did not meet to your expectations, the delivery day for Cambourne is a Monday which is on our website, this was due to be delivered on the Monday 14th November 2022 Your order was placed on the Tuesday 8th November at 21.05 and was processed on the Wednesday 9th November the machine was checked and tested ready to go out for delivery. You emailed on the 12th November that you wished to cancel your order. which we have done. I appreciate that you are a bit disgruntled, but I cannot see what we have done wrong.

“Mike in sales was very helpful from start to finish, I had loads of questions about the Vitro S1 Bean to Cup and products etc which he answered expertly. The machine was delivered by a representative of the company who took time to set it up and show us how it worked and how to clean. It does exactly what we asked for, push a button with no more fuss than that. The products are extremely tasty and set at the right cup/mug size, which the company do before delivery if you give them the your requirement. Temperature just right to. Totally recommend this very professional company, its machine and products.”

“Excellent service. Repaired our 11 year old Bean to Cup for a very reasonable cost, and didn't try to sell us a new one, just advised on what is available should we decide to go that way. Machine returned in clean condition, wrapped up, all ready to go. Good range of new and reconditioned machines in the show room so you can see the actual machine, not just a picture. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Definitely recommend them.”
