“This is the third time myself and my daughter have been. She loves it here. Jamie and staff are friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere and introduction to chocolate making. Would definitely recommend. We will be back again. And the chocolate is lovely :-) Thanks.”

“I have used Cocoa Ooze for the chocolate and truffle shells for several years now. I have never had any issues with getting the items I want and nothing is a problem for them. This time for the first time, I had them delivered and they arrived no problem at all. The chocolate etc were up to the usual high standard. Thanks Jamie and the team”

“Excellent customer service - ordered chocolate as a gift and I made a mistake when selecting products. Emailed customer service to ask if they could switch the products in the order and received a prompt reply to say that they would fix the order. Order was sent promptly and arrived quickly (even allowing for the current postal mayhem!). The person I sent the chocolates to was thrilled and has not stopped telling me how good everything is”
