After more than ten months of waiting for a satisfactory response to resolve inclusion of my new email address combined with accounting queries that even you accounts team could explain how it manifested, I am afraid after many years service I have lost confidence in your most basic level of support. Your support was ridiculously slow to respond to repeated emails. Having held for 30 mins I eventually got through to someone on the phone who was not able to help. The problems were caused by migration to Office 365, which caused all emails to immediately stop working. The SMTP connection from our server could not be made and your technician was not able to help over the phone, although he was pleasant enough and did try. In the end I found another solution from elsewhere, which was to use SendGrid to send the emails via their API.

Sadly, no one is picking up and responding to voicemails. Support via the website is ignored and it takes days and many calls to get things moving. I hope that Cobweb and Vuzuion return to their normal quality of support soon.

I had a very poor initial response from your Sales team - almost enough to make us look elsewhere for our support. Thankfully you have Richard French in your technical team, and he saved the day. I am now really frustrated by the experience of being chased for payment and threatened with service closure by automated messages from your Finance system when I can see nothing wrong with our account set up on your Core system. Your finance team hasn’t responded to my email, I simply don’t have enough hours to spare to hang on to get someone to answer the phone and we have now had an outstanding ticket with your technical team for 48 hours with no update. I could go on! Richard has been great and is an enormous credit to your company. Everything else is utterly shambolic. We’ve been a customer of yours for years and previous experiences have been positive. This one , with the exception of Richard has been pretty bad indeed.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Outgoing emails were corrupted with another company's email signature and Cobweb have not been able to satisfactorily deal with this in any way, or give adequate information or resolution.

Took way too long for an urgent ticket to be resolved and constant chasing on my behalf. Also found out another ticket I opened was just ignored and closed.

The wait time for someone to get back to me was over 24 hours which is not acceptable.

No one got back me about the call in 2 days, raised with account manager, saying it has now passed, but I still. Ed to understand now to get around this issue.

On 2 Dec I wrote with a request for domain pointing. No reply. I tried again on 5 Dec & received a reply on 7 Dec to say change had been made. I am told by the guy whom manages my website that the change has STILL NOT BEEN MADE? INC 227133

The ticket was marked as urgent. "Tom" reached out to me the night of the issue. I responded right away with screenshots and a description of the issues I was experiencing. I never got a reply from him at all. I followed up several times over the next week and a half with no response. I finally called (U.S. to the UK) and was told that my ticket had been closed because they had forwarded my ticket to Microsoft 360 and they "tried to reach out to me with no answer". I never received a call or email from anyone. After I called cobweb, a new technician re-opened and forwarded my contact information to Microsoft 360 where I worked directly with them.

The ticket was triggered because an email you sent warning me that the account was about to be suspended fir an unrelated issue was never received leading to the loss of all services. I’m still not clear why this domain was faulty or whether the problem has been properly fixed or indeed how many emails have been lost since it began.
