“I paid for these shoes on April 30th. It is now May 18th and I am still waiting. I got a FedEx tracking number that is not working and Customer Service does not respond.
Very poor service.”
It is true that we experienced an extraordinary delay with your shipment, which has reached its destination on May 24th. We appreciate your patience! But the tracking number does work. On the FedEx tracking page, you can see a photograph of your shoe package at the doorstep of your home.
