This wasn't an issue for me but it gave me a chance to explain that the other item I'd ordered wasn't actually what I wanted. A few emails back and forth with Amanda and the problem was sorted. “Purchased an expensive DAB antenna, glass mounted.£70 Sadly the item does not perform very well. The mini magmount i bought from Halford for £10 is better. Notwithstanding this the product was a described and delivered in a couple of days. I also had to buy an additional SMA adapter at additional expense so quite disappointed overall.”

“6 months ago I needed a replacement Dashmount for a Mk5 Fiesta. Ended up ordering a generic one which did fit but out of the blue the other day I got a phone call from Amanda saying they had found one and did I want it. I snapped it up. THIS is how a service should be run. Amanda had remembered me and gave me a call to see if I was still interested. Absolutely brilliant and something all companies should take note of in keeping their customers happy. Thank you so much. Especially Amanda. *** Co-Star Management. “Company wise the order was good and the delivery in a reasonable time scale. However the product fitment was very poor and will not fit my V-Class, being a good couple of centimetres away from the fixing screw that was required. If I could affix the bracket it was take a bulky phone holder to clear the vent without fouling. Instructions also need to be far clearer as they were very blurred and in black and white.”

“Cannot speak highly enough of Matt at Co Star. Incredibly helpful with advice in the on line chat and then by E-mail, he helped in both technical advice for fitting the aerial and made sure that the cables I needed had the correct fittings for my head unit. Brilliant service, well packed and arrived within a couple of days. 10 out of 10. Forgot to mention it works, no more poor signal!!”
