I don't normally do reviews because there isn't always anything special to write. But when people show effortless kindness and very good service, then I think it should be highlighted. I made a mistake with what I picked up and he went out of his way to put me at ease and the exchange the item. Not all shop assistants make the customer feel at ease, but he did. I appreciate his kind attitude.”
