“Ordered a Beko dishwasher. The delivery was two hours later than scheduled but I was informed about this over the phone. The guys the delivered it was really nice and helpful. Unfortunately they couldn't install my dishwasher because my flat didn't have a socket for it and it needed to be hardwired instead which they apparently couldn't do. Payed £20 for the installation. Hopefully I'll get that back.”

“Poor customer service. Unwilling to resolve a major problem with a brand new cooker I spent £500 on and it arrived faulty. Call support and given false promises of a call back but no one ever does. 4 weeks later I have no properly working cooker and cop telling its now too late for a refund! Even though I logged the fault within 28 days. Absolute joke. Now filing claim with my credit card company to obtain my money back. Avoid cooo and go to a more reputable electrical company and receive a more professional support service. Will never purchase from coop electrical again. Faulty goods, poor customer support.”

“Tried to order the Hotpoint tall standing frost free freezer on line last night, 5 times we went to order & pay and was told there was a problem with our card! This is not the case as we later found out that the product was out of stock. There was no mention of this when I spoke to someone in the call centre & I was told by someone in the call centre that there must be a problem with our finances! Again not the case! Ordered with curries!”

“I found the web site had good pricing and was easy to use. It was easy to place an order on-line. They had free delivery on a Saturday and the delivery was ontime. Notification of the delivery slot was via a text message and a Email follow up. The delivery agent positioned the washer and dishwasher in the room of choice, which in this case was the kitchen of course. They took away all the packaging. I could not have asked for more. Truely Excellent Service! I note that others have had issues with the delivey drivers but i cannot recomend them enough. If it makes any difference to you the delivery was to Yorkshire so whoever delivers here is doing their job to my satisfaction! Unbeatable.co.uk By Neill”

“Excellent online ordering and delivery of my 32 inchTV.The only quibble is that they don´t give a timed slot for TV´s as it is a courier delivery so had to be up and ready by 7.am. TV arrived at 1-45.p.m. It could have been as late as 6p.m.. If this hadn´t been the case I would have given the Coop 5 stars. Otherwise a very easy transaction, good website, quick delivery within 2 days of ordering and I got the TV at an excellent price. Written On Unbeatable.co.uk By Lesley Eastwood”

“Very easy to order on line, kept informed at all stages even to receiving an e-mail sent at 5.30 am on day of delivery to inform that goods had been despatched, fridge arrived 10 minutes into time slot by 7.15am was installed and delivery people on their way to next customer all packaging taken with them.
