“On the last two occasions the quality of the protein powder has been different. It is much more grainy and the flavour doesn't seem to be there.I bought CNP Pro Peptide Chocolate flavour.”

“Order & Dispatch: Very easy order process and very quick dispatch (would have been next day delivery - although read below). Would have been a 'Very good' - but UK Mail (courier) let the whole process down; a card through the door on the fist delivery attempt; blank - no information written by the driver at all. Logged onto the website and changed delivery preference to 'Leave in shed'. Next day, card through the door; no information (again) and no package (not quite sure why?) - at this point still have not received my order!”

“While the product is great, I was a bit disappointed to see the expiration date of the CNP tablets to be within days of purchase. It would be nice to see it explicitly stated on the website if you are discounting them.”

“Excellent quality and a speedy delivery service. Out of many deliveries only once have I had an issue, and this was resolved by their customer service team very quickly. I would and I do recommend CNP to my friends.”

“I'm a 50 year old cyclist who rides between 40 - 80km daily with longer rides at the weekend. I eat normally, but have never taken supplements. Essentially, I wanted to understand how I could boost both my performance and aid muscle recovery. I called CNP to discuss my requirements and was put through to one of their product development specialists (actually responsible for the flavouring). He talked me through my various options and how they should help. I ordered Pro Fuel, Pro Energy, Pro Peptide, and Pro Boost which arrived well boxed a couple of days later. I've used them once, so I can say that the flavours are excellent, but I can't comment on performance impact yet. I can say, however, that the customer service was excellent and I will definitely be a repeat customer....”

“I made an order and was told I would get an email when it was ready to dispatch. I didn't get and email and had no further contact from yourselves. My order got delivered and because I had no tracking information or when it was to be delivered I missed it. I then had terrible experiance with the delivery company where I couldn't actually have a conversation with someone as it was all automated and my order went to the depot. Didn't get told which depot and when I have actually sorted it all I now have to drive a 32 mile round trip to pick the order myself for which I paid for delivery to avoid this. Not happy with communication from your company or the delivery company which has given me a very bad first impression.”

“Okay, so this rating is more for the customer service and experience with CNP rather than the products. Firstly there is false advertising as on the webpage it clearly states 'any orders placed before 2pm will be despatched the following day'. This is a complete lie as it has now been 5 working days and I haven't revieved any goods. The assistants on the phone are of no help and have a really poor tone of voice during calls with no care for customers. Tomorrow will be the 6th working day which completely proves their 3-5 working days delivery to be false too.”
