Advertised price match but not true. Inflated prices to push a good trade in price then won't price match. Very poor customer relations.

Having shopped around for a new Stand bag I found a real bargain at Clubhouse golf! The chap I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful. He talked me through the features and the colour ways. I went to the store in Salford to try the bag for fit and size, purchased and took it away ready for my next round, thanks to all at Clubhouse golf.

We bought a £1000 worth of golf clubs with the instruction leave with a neighbour DO NOT LEAVE ON THE DOORSTEP, as we live on a main road and it wouldn't be safe. In the photo of the delivery driver leaving the parcel on doorstep you can clearly see the massive message. Called customer services got through to the manager and he said we have done our job sorry. I said I'm not paying all this money for something I haven't received. He was rude denied responsibility. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Bought some shoes. Wore them for and hour. They were too small. Nobodies fault. But the no quibble returns policy is just a complete joke. You see the problem is I bought from Belgium and they don't offer a return shipping company. So you have to pay a company, at large cost, to return. Then they refuse the return and will not refund because I wore them outside (where else an I supposed to wear golf shoes)? customer service was awful. So if you are outside the UK DO NOT EVER USE THIS LOT

Callaway jumper is awful quality only wore 3 times. Asking for me to send picture of the jumper destroyed and cut in order to process a refund, to top it off my 2nd parcel was 2 weeks late and then found out it hasn’t even been sent. Awful company

item missing. Shop won't refund me Managed to place an order with the company that included, amongst other, a pair of sunglasses. However those were missing in the package when I received them, but Customer Service refused to refund or send another one after comunicating me the on CCTV check they had just placed it. I am not raising doubts about their check, but this is the first time I have been treated so poorly without any sort of care. In the end I was the part damaged and there are simply no ways I can prove I am right, unless I would film the moment I unpack the shipping (which never happens). I won't be buying from them anymore and strongly warn other customers about this poor service.

WOW so many complaints and now I've joined a long list. The Adidas golf shoes ordered severely abraided the skin off a heel and the Clubhouse Golf speedy response was there is no guarantee on comfort so clear off. As someone else pointed out the true test of a company is how they handle complaints and with Clubhouse Golf it is very very badly. They just fob you off with standard responses. Avoid, there are much better companies to choose from.

Bad experience. Received nothing after 4 weeks (promised 5 days) They know that and have confirmed that my order is floathing around somewhere and I will not receive it. They don't refund me till they receive their goods in their warehouse. If you are not within the UK, don’t order here.

Always had a decent experience but as ever, the real test is when there is a problem. Purchased a new Stealth 3 Wood and Stealth Hybrid from them earlier this year - within a couple of months I found after a heavy downpour some, what appeared to be, rust on the face of the 3 wood (hybrid was fine). Contacted CHG - the returns manager Rob Faiyaz said to return it but as after 60 days I had to pay the return postage - with insurance with a courier is was just under £40 -I said if the club was found to be at fault I would want this refunding. Long story short I received a new club but no refund - CHG cited their t's and c's repeatedly again to which I confirmed this does not affect my statutory rights in which they should pay (or in this case) refund me the postage if there is a fault but this fell on deaf ears. I even suggested they send me a box of balls to that value which obviously costs them less. Rob even said "it wasn't rusty when we sent it out.."! he refused ot escalate it higher so I then posted all the information to the MD Ben Reeves who did not even have the courtesy to reply, They are ignoring my statutory rights so be warned if you have problems that if it's after 60 days, you have a fight on your hands. Goes without saying I won't be using again

Worst customer service ever. If you are not within the UK, don’t order here. There is no possibility to return goods which aren’t upon expectation. The customer service is of zero help. Their return policy is stated on their website but they don’t follow legal obligations if you are a European customer. Don’t buy here

I have been purchsing online since 10 years now. With clubhousegolf.co.uk I had the WORST ecommerce experience ever. I place my order on July31st. A 900€ order that I immediately paid through money transfer. I received confirmation email with tracking code on August 1st. Order was supposed to arrive in 8 days maximum. On Aug12th, I called the Customer Service to have news and they told me that my order was shipped back to them and they DID NOT know the reason. They cannot send me another product before they actually receive my order back. Today, on Aug18th, I still don't know where is my order and when it will arrive. For sure, I will NEVER buy not even a golf ball from clubhousegolf.co.uk.

Hi.I ordered the wrong product and immediately after ordering I reported that I wont to cancel the order. The order without sense was sent to the Netherlands. I have to pay for shipping..I do not recommend shopping there.

Do not use Club House golf, Returned a golf bag nearly a month ago and still waiting for a refund. ABSOLUTLEY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICES !!!

Have used Clubhouse golf before and found prices and service second to none. Recently ordered an item for delivery in Spain - C.H. Despatched immediately but local delivery caused problems. Satisfactory immediate response from C.H. V. Happy to recommend

AWFUL CUSTOMER SVC, Xmas present went missing, asked them to send new one out today, told they must wait 5 days for investigation which is Boxing Day, they should be ashamed of themselves.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Returned faulty goods 16 days ago, apparently they refunded me on 21/09. It is now 28/09 and no refund received, which is because it take this long to show up on my account - yeah right, loving that explanation - not. Lies after lies, no customer service. Steer well clear is my advice.

Echo the other reviews. Sent me wrong club and then failed to respond to customer service requests (at least 4 attempts ) through online portal, phone line endless so hung up. I have now just sent back for refund and purchased the correct club through another supplier. For this reason won’t use again, 1 star.
