“I have just completed last week , I was a first time buyer and had a CCJ about 4 years ago , I contacted CLS money in April 2023 and got all the information of the process , I was assigned Paul as my advisor who was really really helpful , Didn't have to provide many documents , Paul Got me a DIP within the same day and we applied for the full mortgage with the lender the next day , Mortgage was agreed a few weeks later . Highly recommend CLS money , Paul and team were very helpful , Thank YOU”

“I used my old broker at the beginning on my remortgage and unfortunately I didn’t get the same service as last time I found CLS on line and gave them a call I was greeted bye a very nice chap by the name of Luke who is very polite and explained everything to me with confident and ease he has done all the leg work and pushed for the best deal for myself he has even took all the stress I had away with his expert help I can honestly say I class Luke as a friend now not a broker and will be using Luke and the company for the foreseeable future”

“CLS money from the get go have been amazing, and even now we have paid for the service and really they have done their jobs but still continue to ring weekly and help and assist where possible. Cannot recommend enough. The girls are so helpful. We had an issue with the sellers property falling through and have had to wait longer than anticipated however CLS money took this as an opportunity to negotiate our interest rate getting it dropped over 1% saving us around £300 pcm.”

“Really helpful with finding a mortgage. Always there to answer any questions I had and was very patience when things were taking time. 100% recommend. I’ve been turned away from other mortgage broker as they couldn’t find a suitable one for me with being self employed etc, but this mortgage broker instantly found one for me and a great one too! For any self employed looking for a helpful, kind, patience broker, this is the one for you! They also helped me with Insurance which saved me a lot of time. Can’t thank you guys enough, thank you.”
