“My Mortgage Advisor was Lauren and I have to say she was AMAZING! I was so dubious about applying for a Mortgage because I had some adverse credit from a few years ago, but after speaking to Lauren, I felt extremely confident she would beable to help me. It took 6 weeks in total but that’s because the Lender had asked for extra documents, so it was extremely stressful waiting but Lauren kept me up to date and finally….I GOT MY MORTGAGE OFFER TODAY!!! 😀🥳 Thank YOU SO MUCH LAUREN AND ALL AT CLS. 👌👌👌”

“An amazing experience from start to finish. The team who sorted our mortgage looked after us from the get go right up until completion. Quick responses and always happy to answer questions. “I submitted an online enquiry as I was struggling to secure a mortgage myself, due to a low credit rating. Within 30 seconds I had received a call from CLS. I was then passed through to Lauren, who within an hour had taken my details, done her research, and then come back to me with a decision in principle - which was very a competitive rate, with manageable repayments! Within 24 hours the mortgage application had been submitted and I had a formal mortgage offer letter emailed over to me from the bank. Lauren and her team went over and above, they kept me updated at every stage and ultimately did exactly what I was hoping, in such a short space of time. Couldnt recommend them more - worth every penny!”
