“We can’t thank CLS enough! We originally used a free broker who messed us around for 2 weeks delaying our buying process, we feared we would have to give up the house we put an offer in for until I found this company. I can’t thank Charlie enough for all the help and advice he had given us, from the start we were reassured we would have options available to us. Charlie was super polite and settled any doubts we had. Within 2 weeks our mortgage was approved and we are so much closer to moving into our new home! Worth every penny spent and we will 100% be coming back for any future transactions! Thank you again!”

“Due to a change in circumstance just before Christmas 2023, I needed a specialist mortgage to buy the house I was living in that wasn't possible via traditional mortgage application methods. CLS Money were quick to get me an offer, managed the whole application process and when a last minute hitch meant I'd need a new mortgage, they were on the case as quick as a cheetah, and turned it all around in record time. Communication was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way, and here I am the day after completion on the property writing this review. Special mention regarding the app - this was a godsend, being able to send messages, upload documents and sign documents made the process so simple. Thank you Frankie and Amy!”

“This is my second time using CLS who in my first year were superb in dealing with my adverse credit history and finalising my first mortgage. The second time around I was initially hesitant due to the expected fees which are obviously higher with securing poor credit mortgages, however now those times are over they were as cheap as any other broker and by all means the most pleasant people to deal with, special shout out to Melissa who I had dealt with before my credit score changed, she was already on the ball and looking at mortgage offers for me the second my rating was in the good sector. Helpful, friendly, informative and an absolute pleasure to have dealt with, as a customer I can not ask for any more! Also to Ellen for arranging a chat about my mortgage protection insurance, and Freya who was informative every step of the way up until completion. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they answer every question in what I felt was honest and informative responses, I know they do this for a living but for someone who is new to the process and getting a mortgage in adverse circumstances and then a remortgage I can not sing their praises highly enough (and any other member of the team who I may have missed out, I do apologise). Highly recommended!! Thank you all so much for making a stressful time, easy, smooth and friendly!”

“Myself and my husband couldn't thank Josh and Rachael enough for all their help getting us our mortgage. My husband had some discrepancies in his past with his credit with a few late payments and we never thought we would get accepted after a couple mortgages said no so actually getting an offer was amazing. “I'm a first time buyer and purchased under auction conditions so I needed things moving fast. Unfortunately another broker let me down last minute and in a mad rush, CLS came through for me. Im CIS (construction industry scheme) Self employed so many lenders were being fussy. Frankie at CLS got me a great mortgage deal with absolutly no issues. Even better, it was officially approved and underwritten in less than 4 working days. I cannot thank them enough for their speedy and reliable service. They might not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and Frankie has saved me thousands. Highly recommend CLS if you want first class service.”
