“I don’t receive my Order support did not help me with the fact that my order never reached me. I requested the cancellation of my order, but almost a week has passed, and the status of my order in the application has not changed and the funds have not been returned. this is my worst experience”

“Tax Evasion from Cloud10Beauty Cloud10Beauty do not issue invoices for the products that I ordered from them. I suspect the company evading tax by not issuing invoice for international customer. The Revenue Commissioners should examine their operations for international customer. If you request any invoices, customer service become silent, they do not respond your emails.”

“I wouldn't normally review a company unless something goes wrong but it seems like most people are the same. I seen a few bad reviews for Cloud10Beauty but they had Bondi sands at half price so I figured it was worth the risk. Paid with paypal and only got a paypal receipt email, but the next day I got an email from Cloud10 saying my shipment was on the way. Two days after that it arrived from Co. Armagh. I had a good experience so it's only fair to share it.”

“I ordered two products a month ago. They did not arrived. I wrote Cloud to contact their courier to claim for it or refund. They have not done anything. They gave me the tracking number at the beginning but since I am not the courier´s client, I can not claim for it. And Cloud 10 is not helping at all. I will have to order the product through Amazon, they work great”

“6 weeks later and package has not arrived. Customer service doing nothing to investigate or remediate. I spent a lot of money and I have zero product to show for it! BUYER BEWARE. Shop with beauty Bay or cult beauty where their shipping and customer service is better!”
