Placing orders can be a bit dodgy. Ordered a large size sweat shirt but received a medium even if this was a mistake, the response from the customer service was appalling as items are not cheap. Will not recommend.

I have made quite a few personalised orders with this company. Small orders first to try the quality, fit and sizes then another few orders in more quantity. My last order was received with a few shirts and polo shirts sizes not matching. I ordered a Large shirt that arrived with XXL size massive with a very long and wide sleeve and a polo shirt size Small for ladies that was so small that fits my 8 years old son. A complaint was made with pictures of it, the customer service thought it was not enough and asked for pictures with measure tape that I didn’t have it at the time and I let it go. After couple months and the shirts still sitting in the business cupboard because we don’t have any employee big enough to wear it, I managed to have it measured and sent the measurements again and the reply was that as it passed more than 30 days they won’t do nothing about it. The complain was made within 30 days but they asked more information. I found it very unprofessional as they are clearly in fault.

I would like to say a big thank you for those people to managed to get my t-shirts done as a requested . They all look great . This is a very nice serious and hard work company . Apart from the fact that next day delivery is very expensive , anything as is brilliant . Thank you so much to all you get involved.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! Read 1 start reviews BEFORE placing your order with Clothes2order….Ordered couple times from this company clothing items with stitching and had no issues. However, my last order in January 2022 consisting of 18 hoodies/fleeces with print design on the back was shocking. The print quality is on par with what you would expect from eBay. Print is faded and has holes showing background colour as you can see from images. I emailed the company about this a couple of days ago and, guess what? no reply. I won’t be ordering again and I suggest you AVOID these cowboys. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Avoid! We are a small family run business and spent over £200 on polo shirts with the back print at first they seemed fine but as time went on we realised it was of really poor quality. This was only wearing these once a week over an 8 week period the back had rubbed off quite a bit, we washed them at the recommend 30c inside out and dried them on a rack. when contacting them we were told that nothing could be done as it was over 30 days I explained to Magda a team leader that the problem had been cause over 8 weeks her only response was that we should of been notified in 30 days which was very frustrating as i had already explained the situation to her. All they could do was offer me a 10% discount on our next order, as if we would order from them again we now need to spend more money on getting these printed with a reputable company. When checking on there terms and conditions under faulty products it doesn't say that it even needs to be mentioned within 30 days, just that it needs to be returned in 30 days, but that's beside the point it was a bad quality print and they should have done something.

Shocking service and CS response - Order 5410233 Order 5410233 REF: Gildan Adult Full Zip Hooded Sweatshirt You failed to mention on your listing before i purchased that the zipper is on the (female side) yet you are selling as a unisex item, you claim that this item is made in American and that is normal however you didnt say its a female zipper on the listing. Raised with customer services to be fobbed off via an incorrectly used email template. Asked for a call back from a manager who again fobbed me off and there is nothing they can do. "I'm well within my rights to open up a dispute with my card provider and Paypal" she said..... Yes i'm aware of that, and that is what i have already done. That is a really s**t way of dealing with customers, forcing them to open up payment disputes against your company. Don't buy from these fools

DO NOT BUY! Really poor quality products. Made an order of 12 and had to send 6 items back for review. All products tiny in size, shocking customer service and really tight, don't want to replace or give full refund. See attached poor quality hoodies at £40 a pop. Also see attached poor quality t-shirt that is meant to be a medium but fits one of our 5 foot female workers....

Don't use this useless company. Ordered printed items in December. Only worn and washed a few times in the last few months. Washed and dried according to instructions. Prints are all faded and cracked. No remedy from the company. Terrible quality, shocking customer service. Absolute joke.

Would avoid at all costs...order placed 27th Nov for delivery on the 10th. Here at 6pm on the 22nd December and no order received despite being told it would be here numerous times. The order has not even been fully produced and was not started until a couple of days ago when we started chasing up our order. They were made fully aware that we needed this order so we could get the items out to our customers who had ordered for Christmas. AVOID AVOID AVOID

large Christmas order approx £500 on 27th November for delivery 10-15th December which would have given us plenty of time to get everything forwarded on. Seems they delayed even producing any of our items as one thing was out of stock; we had 60 items, so they did not start to produce any of them or send any out until they had this one out of stock item - we would have been happy receiving a couple of deliveries. Numerous chasing and then we were promised everything would go out 18th Dec, but no, it was still sat in their warehouse on Monday morning of 21st Dec. They promised to send it out that day and here we are 17.20 on 22 Dec STILL without our delivery and have now missed last posting to get the items to our customers before Christmas. Totally abysmal service and will have to look for another supplier as we cannot afford for this to happen again. They have made us look completely inept to our own customers and not sure how many we will now lose because of this. They also need to teach their customer service staff not to sigh when we are having to chase them up yet again for an error they made! Unable to speak to founder or MD as they are on leave - weird taking leave at probably their peak time! Would be giving zero stars but review won't post unless there is at least one star which in all honestly they don't deserve!

I ordered a customised apron with plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas, and was told it would arrive between 11th-13th December. On 16th December it has still not arrived and the recipient of the gift can now not receive it until the new year! I contacted customer service and all they offered was a £4.03 refund despite their website saying if the order does not arrive in time, they will give you £20 store credit, and refund your postage when my postage came to £4.99 so they will not even cover that! I explained that I would not use credit as I do not need to order anything else from them and they still insisted they would only give me a £4.03 refund. Appalled at the customer service and have now cancelled my order and will be taking my business elsewhere! DO NOT USE!!!

Quick delivery. Good value for money. Option to personalise items (beanie hats) but I didn’t do that.

Great products and great service, their logo setup service is excellent and the results from an image transferred to clothing is better than expected. Even at the height of Christmas they will work through to make sure they get your order out to you as soon as possible. All designs are thoroughly checked with you before proceeding, avoiding any mistakes. The range of clothes they have available including discounts is also great, you can't beat them.

Made sure the work uniform we had made was correct before they made them to ensure no waisted time - very professional.
