“The staff at Clook are excellent. I have had a lot of issues with other hosts and none with clook. I have a reseller account therefore it is important to have a level of service and experience I can rely on to keep my clients happy. I have nearly lost clients due to the lack of support from other hosts, that's why I recently migrated all my remaining accounts to Clook. I am now totally confident that I have the best support for myself and my clients. If you want peace of mind and confidence in the support you will receive then I highly recommend Clook.”

“In 2004 as the owner of an Engineering Consultancy I needed to find a reliable hosting company and following very favourable online reviews I chose Clook Internet. As I chose to design the website myself, initially I needed their help to put my site online and I could of not been more happier with the support I received. They never tired of answering what were probably rather basic questions back then and were always there to help me. As a person who occasionally reads online reviews while searching for equipment, I have to admit I generally take these with a not entirely sure they are genuine attitude. However I can say unreservedly that over the last 13 years I have received an outstanding level of service from these Guys. I have every intention for staying with this company for the foreseeable future.”

“Always great support, usually with minutes of submitting a ticket. Helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable - they've not been stumped yet! Cost is slightly higher than others but worth every penny for the piece of mind that someone is always looking after your server.”
