“After having trouble with other van hire services, I stumbled on ClicVan through an online ad and it was a better experience than I could have imagined.
I spoke with Adam on numerous occasions throughout the day because they had technical issues with their system, and yet he kept me updated and persisted with trying to find a solution. He eventually provided me with a solution to booking and he had arranged a driver to come within a few hours after.
The driver was Ahmed and, even though I paid for 'No help from driver required' because my brother and I were prepared to load and unload everything ourselves, he still voluntarily helped us with everything.
Adam was courteous and considerate throughout and apologetic about the system issues. Ahmed was a very pleasant driver who was more than helpful. On top of these fantastic experiences, I only paid £38 for two hours with a large van, which easily beat any other price I could find let alone with such wonderful customer service. I would certainly recommend ClicVan based on my experience.”

“I employed the services of ClicVan to execute my move from my two-bed apartment in NW London, out to Maidenhead. I ordered a large van with driver and an assistant loader.
The ClicVan workers arrived bang on time, and immediately set to work loading our items into the van. They were both very pleasant and respectful, as well as considered in their approach to their work. Despite the logistical difficulties of loading and unloading (i.e. both apartments have limited parking availability on street, and the elevators in both had tight space constraints) the ClicVan staff worked quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed.
Payment was made with an online deposit and the remaining balance to the driver. It was quick and convenient and I was even able to make the booking a day before and still receive such a prompt and reliable service.
My overall experience with ClicVan was excellent, and I would both recommend them as well as desire to use them again myself at a later time.”
