I live on my own from you out your prices up I can't afford it .I have used £20 in 5 day's .would look over using so much but I work out every day.The sooner i change supplier the better because it's a absolute disgrace.

Brilliant customer service and love love love saving a fortune with Clickbacks - I get discount off shopping in the high street and I do my grocery shop in Tesco and am saving money week in week out! I know the price has gone up recently but all the electricity suppliers have increased their prices or announced they will be increasing their prices- I am very happy with the service they have given. Top class company A++++++++++++

Best customer service I have ever experienced with any company pleasant courteous knowledgeable and helpful so glad I made the switch to Click Energy it was seamless and of course smaller bills

Was quite happy for the first couple of months, but now there has be a big price hike and it feels to me as if it was intentional and planned. Offer a low price to get you signed up and when you do they jack the price up would advise people to avoid Click Energy, I wish I had.

It was going well for first few weeks. Now it seems to have doubled in price. I am going to change back to my original supplier not happy at all

Only joined a few weeks ago but price has already risen from 15.49 to 16.99 in 1 week of moving. I'm in process of moving back to my old supplier who is much cheaper but click have left me in a position where I can't top up with them and other provider isn't ready to complete the move so I'm left without electricity. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Toped up my electric online waiting on code site frozen try to call get all the way threw to be told number busy try again later money dwn still no electric fish in fish tank are probly floating by now

I had a few energy suppliers before & I was sick of getting ripped of one month I could use the same Electric & I always put the same amount in every month but it just didn’t seem to last & then I’d get the same letter to say prices where going up even though I’d already noticed a difference! & then click energy came & the gentleman was so nice he explained everything told me that no way would the electric do what it had been doing before & also that I would get so much extra every so often if I stayed a customer so I changed & I am so glad I did I put the same amount in every month & I know what I use is the same & my electric always last not like before I’ve also had people canvassing for others at my door but I will not change over & honestly they don’t like it but once you know you can actually trust someone why would you leave them thank you click energy for being honest & also having a top up as it’s not easy being disabled & not being able to get out as often to the shops so topping up online is a life saver yous are the best

Im on employment support allowance as off work with illness. Im paid fornightly i had 67p left and phoned them. They kindly gave me £5 of electric and allow me to pay off £1 each time i top up £5. Also joined the click energy club and got discounts on trainers and cinema tickets. Excellent thanks
