“sent a used container and the doors do not shut”

Hi Barrie, Thank you for your review. Our transport team are aware of this issue and have concluded that the doors aren't closing because the container is not on level ground. Containers can become 'racked' if they are sited on uneven ground which prevents the doors from opening and closing. The transport team are working to resolve this issue.
